Shoppers Drug Mart

Spent more than $50 tried to get points, loaded offer, forget to scan point card. Lady there no even remind you, just tell you to go home and call the PC optimum, called and submitted claim. No redeem, no answer, asked them questions couple of times, no answer. My case number for the PC optimum redeem is 17237788. Experience is extremely bad, will try not to go there anymore. If I could give 0 points won't hesitate for 1 second.

Worst pharmacy service here. Dont even bother getting your prescription here.
They failed me twice. I already faxed all my scripts to them from my doctor's office. Still, they didn't refill all of them because one of the medications they didn't dispense was so expensive and I do not have any more coverage on my extended health, which I am fully aware of. But I just paid the rest of the meds that I picked up from out of my pocket.like WTH

Pharmacy is really terrible here. The worst ever. They can't even point the directions to where the vitamins are.

The manager of the post office here is the rudest, most immature full grown man-child I’ve ever met. Snarky and rude, yelled at me for them loosing track of a sent passage. Made condescending remarks and made absolutely no attempt to help solve the issue. Go to ANY OTHER POSTAL OFFICE unless you enjoy being yelled at, treated rudely and made fun of. How this man was promoted and not fired is beyond me. Better hope you never have to pick up or send a package at this location.

Oh and on top of that! This shoppers refuses large cash bills. Very dissapointing.

The front supervisor was rude how the way she answered when I asked nicely if she gonna open for the cashier. Her name was Kate

Terrible pharmacy experience. Was told to return this week since they didn't have my injection in stock that day. Returned today and was re-directed to three different counters of countless waiting. Drop off counter finally located my prescription and injection and then asked me to wait at another counter. While waiting, the "consultation" employee was loudly sighing and saying how stressed she was, how she was 15 appointments behind all the way until 2: 00 PM and looked at me as if I should know the unspoken signs to leave her alone. She loudly announced across the pharmacy that she is very stressed out being late (not sure what she's late for because I only saw 1 other patient sitting out waiting for her appointment and she checked in after me) and she asked me to return later in the day.

Not all of us have the time to be standing around waiting and asked to "come back between 4: 30 to 6: 30 pm. This is not the type of customer service a pharmacy should offer. Don't ask me if it's "okay" to come back later. No, it is actually not okay.

Instead of wasting the three minutes sighing and complaining out loud unprofessionally, she actually could have completed my injection and saved me a third trip to their lousy pharmacy. This incomplete injection costed me a total of 1 full hour of wasted time.

Worst pharmacist you can ever meet, rude and with 0 patience with anything you ask, old lady does not know anything and tells no nearly anything you ask for, highly not recommended:)

Today it’s my 2nd time to be recommended (dropped) by my family doc and I came to pick up 4 hours later, the girl checked and told me that the prescription is not ready because they don’t know if I need it or not! Come on! What kind assumptions do you have? I had appointment with my doc for nothing? If you assumed that I might not need them where is your communication? Now I have to wait for 20 minutes

Bad pharmacy experience. I called at 6: 30 to confirm my order. The pharmacy staff said it would take an hour to pick up the medicine. However, when I picked it up after 8: 00, I was told that he forgot my order and asked me to wait another 50 minutes. Oh, my God, what is your ability to work? I’m waiting for life-saving medicine. Why did you forget such an important thing as me? However, you didn‘t have a sorry attitude at all. At first, you said that there was no order for me. It was I constantly emphasizing that I called at some time, and you found that there was my name.

Gagan pharmacy assist excellent customer service, very helpful and patient and willing to help.
The other assistant with him, the girl, fair skinned slightly heavy set with curly black hair is horrible, has attitude, not friendly, you can see on her face not helpful at all. Usually she is the worst of all the rx assistants, but Gagan eachtime most willing to help out. The girl is useless, and fake with customers.
Gordon-Pharmacist (new at this location?) excellent customer service, friendly and professional. Very helpful. Probably the best pharmacist thus far we have met at this location. Rest of the pharmacist not so sure.

How this pharmacy is still in business is baffling.

It's alright. It took a while for the staff to warm up to me, but now they are pretty friendly. Prices or not that cheap, untill sale, then so cheap. But I think they horde certain items in back, only shelving a few a day, cuz I go at night, and specific items are never there. All in, 4stars on good day, 2 on bad, hence the 3 rating

The employee at the beauty counter was a little bit rude, when I mentioned the name of the product that I use. Why she has to comment thing such as “expensive products don’t have petroleum in their ingredients”, after I mentioned that I use certain brand. I use that brand because I have sensitive skin.

My wife and I went to pickup medicine. That female staff member had a very bad attitude and didn't want to serve you at all, but the male staff member had a very good attitude, patience and willingness to help you.

We had to wait for 5 minutes at the self serve because the coupon we wanted to use didn't work and no one tried to help us with all the flashing light on the register and the store wide page asking for assistance. Even worst was the Asian lady in the cosmetics who saw us waiting and struggling and just went pass us to her own side. I looked for staff which I only saw one cashier and a big line up a head of her. This is not the way the manager should be scheduling people specially near the holiday season. Terrible experience.

Their security guard was following me around the store, acting like I was a thief or something. Despicable. And no- I will not be reaching out to them via phone.

I bought baby formula for my newborn here. One of the bottle was broken leaking. And they didn't help in returning or exchanging the product.

Really nice cashier put up with all my window shopping on the behind the shelf electronics. Ending up buying a bluetooth speaker with LED lights out of guilt but it was on deep discount anyway so was worth. One of the best Shoppers experiences in town!

I was just hesitating if I should buy a product or not, an old lady at the skin care section came to me with an attitude as if I am a thief. Products are good but very poor shopping experience.

Prescription prices are consistently higher at Shoppers Drug Mart than other stores. One prescription of mine costs $17 at London Drugs and $31 here. Another costs around $75 at London Drugs and $95 here.

Also, unrelated to prescriptions, they don't honour their return policy, I had to go to another location to return a defective product.

I won't be back to any Shoppers Drug Mart anytime soon.

Shoppers is a really convince store.you can get any articles of daily use form there. 很方便的商店，生活用品都可以在里面买到，甚至药品，12小时营业

The manager is rude. He steals from his own store. Saw him grab a chocolate bar off the shelf and eat it.

It there is no way you can keep the two-meter rule inside, and so many people are coughing inside. I saw a man puking just outside of their front entrance the other day. I hear that some populations can't wear a mask due to medical conditions, but wouldn't pharmacy know the best who those ppl are? !? I have changed my pharmacy now.

Worst customer service ever! I was in a aisle trying to look for something, when a staff was pushing a cart and turning into the aisle and almost ran me over when she clearly saw me standing there. She did not say sorry or even excuse me and just kept going with her business.

Be aware of the store manager when you buy prepaid gift cards tho, he steal from the card and send it to his own paypal.

Don't ever go to this pharmacy. They gave me the wrong medication that made me sick for three days and when I went back to get a refund they refused.

Frequently, there are not enough cashiers. I would like to see some self check-out stands installed. The pharmacy is very good. Also, the milk is always cheaper here than at IGA.

Had the WORST experience here. Terrible customer service. Not friendly or helpful at all. Trying to get a passport photo done And they Had no idea what they were doing. In the end they didn’t even do it. When I asked for the manager to complain he wouldn’t even give me the time of day. He did not care at all, he basically said for me to just go to a different store. So I did.
I would not ever recommend this store to anyone. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Food cheaper here than IGA next door but not as high quality. Opens till 12am. Large varieties of body care products for a local store.

I love this location, it always has everything I need at a great price. The staff are lovely and the pharmacists are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable.

I like the monthly call to see if I need my prescriptions refilled, so I only have to come in to pick up.

The employees there do not serve the customers and if they serve them refer to the wrong product, here the customer discovers the wrong product after use, they just want to increase the sale of the goods in his working hours. And try to control any customer entering and questioning the validity of his behavior, and most of them do not tell you the number of points that you got it, I do not know whether it is laziness or negligence in the service of the customer. This shop worsen treatment of customers day after day.
