There was just one lady viper working yesterday in pharmacy (13th January) and running around doing all the work. They should hire more staff for weekends. She was talking to everyone so patiently despite loaded with questions, phone calls and other stuff. Hats off to the young lady and lots of respect

I am currently on hold with this shoppers pharmacy. It’s been 22 minutes so far. I wish I didn’t need to take up their obviously valuable time, but I requested a refill to my prescription using their system and have not heard anything further. This “service” is not worth the extra fees.

This is the worst shoppers pharmacy. They are clueless and make too many mistakes, very rude and unprofessional. I suggest you take your business elsewhere.

I recently switched my Rxs to this store from Brookswood as it is right across from where I work so convenient for pick ups. Jay, the owner and pharmacist is very helpful and kind. They have my prescriptions ready quickly and I get excellent service. I've had good service and help from other pharmacists and staff as well at this location.

I would give them Zero stars if possible Nazreen or Tazreen at the pharmacy is extremely rude, has n sense of customer service. My doctor had prescribed me medicine when I inquired about it she said it's available over the counter which is a bit weird as my doctor confirmed that its prescription grade. Nazreen / Tazreen didn't seem to grasp this and was volatile and rude when I said this doesn't make sense she said I am banned from the Pharmacy! (great customer service) When later I went in person the other pharmacy person over the counter told me they'll have my prescription in an hour or two its pretty much ready they just have to label the medicine.when I went there after 2 hours they said they don't have that Brand which again contradicts to what they told me earlier in person. When i inquired about it they picked up the intercom and started to call for security lol (not sure what prompted that I was just talking and relaying what they told me 2 hours ago). I would advise all to take their biz elsewhere and avoid all the nightmarish, unfriendly customer service!

After years of using Shoppers pharmacy I'm changing. This location is cold and unhelpful. I called to refill my prescription that is needed every day. They were so rude and said to wait for a text and not to call back. They never even filled it. When I called this morning I was told it wasn't filled. This is something that can be life or death for me.

As many other reviews have mentioned, the pharmacy service is very bad. I don’t want to see an apology reply to this, cause that doesn’t do anything. It would just be nice to actually have prescriptions filled in a reasonable amount of time.

Gurneet Singh was really great to work with at the post office. Offered great, quick service and super helpful! Will definitely be sending all my packages with him behind the counter

GO Somewhere Else! I have dealt with this Pharmacy for many years. Change in ownership has had customer service no where on the list. Multiple delays in filling prescriptions short staff, “Only one working”, computers down. Give me a break. Hospitals and other care facilities have downtime procedures. Not HERE.
Then according to them Nurse Practitioner’s cannot prescribe any medication. Which is absolutely UNTRUE! More laziness at its HIGHEST!

What are nurse practitioners allowed to do in BC?
Nurse Practitioners provide comprehensive clinical care including the diagnosis and management of disease/illness, prescribing medications, ordering/interpreting laboratory/diagnostic tests, and initiating referrals to specialists.

I went to the store at around 8: 10 am, the Canada post section was closed with a signage saying it will open at 9: 30 due to staff shortage.

A staff came to me, saying that she can open up now, just need 15 minutes. Then, this man (probably the manager) (Asian, male in his 40s, buzz haircut) started yelling at her, ordering her not do it with a harsh tone. And I asked, can I just buy some tape? I just need to drop off a package.

Then I grab one from regular shopping section and went to self-checkout. As soon as I walked out of Shoppers, this man came out and loudly accused me of stealing the tape with a really bad attitude. I felt very threated and anxious. I said I paid for it and showed him the receipt. He didn't apologize and just turned and walked away with both hands up "have a good day" repeatedly with a passive aggressive attitude.

The way this "manager" treating their staff and customer is extremely rude and inappropriate. I've reported this incident to the HQ. Hopefully they can investigate the issue.

Went in there needing helping with a prescription, the person behind the counter was more interested in finishing their personal conversation with their colleague and yelled at me from across the pharmacy telling me I had to wait until she was completed. They came over to the counter, took a quick look at my prescription and said "we don't have it". I tried to ask about other relocations and they yelled again, stating "I told you we don't have it" and when I tried to get further information they rolled their eyes at me. I asked their name and they said " Jessica. Do you need me to spell it out for you? ". My partner was in another aisle shopping and heard the pharmacist yelling at me. The was an embarrassing situation which completely could have been avoided if Jessica had an ounce of sympathy. Extremely poor customer service. I tried calling this evening to speak with them, they continued to try and talk over me insosting I was wrong and could careless about what happened.i will be looking to launch a formal complaint as I have never felt so belittled.

I love shopping at Shoppers Drug Mart when I can as their points rewards system is really great if you know how to use their app to your advantage to score extra points on purchases. I find all locations are pretty similar, and this is the closest store to me. Not sure if it’s still a Covid thing or not, but for some reason I do find that this particular location has been particularly low on “stock” items for the past year. The last 3 times I’ve needed a standard drugstore item, this location has been out of the item which results in another trip needing to be made elsewhere. Today their website said there were 5 of the item
I needed in-stock, but when I drove there 5 mins later there were actually 0 in-stock.

I had an unfortunate encounter with a pharmacist that works here by the name of Kristen.

There was no transparency when she made amendments to my prescription, resulting in double the cost of the original refill. When I raised this concern, she told me this should have been obvious to me. This is not obvious to someone who doesn’t understand the complex and often contradictory prices of pharmaceutical drugs, especially when the dose itself stayed the same. It is irresponsible and frankly unethical to fail to disclose this information. She rushed off and turned it on me, again repeating that this 2-fold increase ought to be “obvious”.

Kristen was condescending and cold, failing to recognize that she works for a business. And when you do so, you ought to evoke a little bit of kindness to keep a clientele.

I do want to mention that rest of the pharmacists I have interacted with at this location have been nothing but kind to me, but Kristen compromised the pharmacy’s reputation.

I don’t do this generally but in this case, I feel compelled. I am delighted to share about Mushgan, a representative at the post office. I have had the pleasure of dealing with her twice, and I am in awe at her love and commitment to her job and her customers. She was pleasant, knowledgeable and confident, without the arrogance that often comes with it. She was patient and showed genuine interest in me as a customer. I hope she’s being compensated very well for her excellent customer service skills!

I went to this pharmacy to fill a perscription, the lady behind the counter was very rude. I stood under the drop off sign, and she yelled from the back "what do you need", I tried to respond, but she couldnt hear me, rolled her eyes and said she would be with me in a moment. After she finished her non work related story with a collegue she came over. I handed her my perscription, and right away she gives it back, " we dont have any" and walks away. I remained calm, despite wanting to rip her a new one - and asked when they might get some stock in, if it was a hard perscription to fill - and if she knew of any other locations/pharmacies that might be able to assist. She than said she doesnt have other pharmacies inventory levels and its not her problem. I asked for her name - "Its Jessica, do you want me to spell it out for you. " Than she proceeded to talk very loudly about me to her collegue and other people were looking at me - it was very embarrasing and I will never go back. Where did customer service go these days?

The manager at this location is very properly conducted and kind person. I witnessed them control and calm a situation with a problem customer with great care and support. More stars if was possible

Pharmacy staff are very rude. They seem to lack customer service skills and communication skills. There lack empathy and professionalism.
I will be looking for a new pharmacy.

Pharmacist is rude and the owner was one brick short of a wall. They don't seem to know what they are doing, I went in one day to pick up my pills every 2 weeks and they were not even ready. They had 2 weeks to do them, they had plenty of time and the pharmacist would not even fill mine up while I was there instead of do someone else's. The persons pills she was filling was not even there to begin with, I got a phone call back telling me my pills were ready once I got home and I said we will come pick them up tomorrow. Once we arrived they were actually not ready the pharmacist lied. Finally got them at least but I'm not coming back to this circus run by clowns.

The pharmacist couldn’t be bothered. I asked her if I could ask a question to which she welcomed but just passed me off to the cashier. Is the cashier a trained pharmacist? ‍️

The store and postal counter is very good but this is the worst costumer service and longest wait times at a pharmacy ive ever experienced. They will not get your prescription ready while you shop no matter how easy it is for them ie simply putting a sticker on an inhaler. Also several.times ive requested refills online and have been utterly neglected for 3days plus after. Again horrible service from a pharmacy

Today I visited Shoppers Drug Mart 200st and did shopping $43 worth stuff that’s include L’Oréal root touch up, Revlon lip color, Garnier shampoo and Face serum.while checking out, I asked if they give some samples? As I have get on other locations. The Biller name- KAMALPREET R (Female), she responded so badly with such bad expressions! First said sample only given when there is a cosmetics. I showed her my bill, then she said if there is a shopping worth $100 that includes perfumes and all with all weird face expressions and hand movements.

PATHETIC Customer service!
How can they hire someone who doesn’t know how to treat a customer with a happy face? And there are better ways of saying NO for anything!

I would never gonna go to that location.

Please DO NOT Purchase prepaid phone card at this Shoppers Drug Mart as You will find
That the code will be outdated and invalid and completely UNUSEABLE. Son was told that the supplier had just filled the cards that day but refused to refund $56.cost for INVALID CARD. This is totally unacceptable
No answer for 800 # after a couple hours of trying. All info and receipts kept to prove that it was unusable.phone service provider also aware of invalid prepaid card This should have been remedied on the spot so as not to inconvenience a customer. But guess this store is lacking in principles. But after a trip to cell provider.they honored the purchase.
And this store has lost another customer.

Pharmacy let me know it's be an hour for me to come back and pick up my prescription. When I came to pick up they said they had no stock and go to another shoppers. Ideally, in the future they would let you know before waiting for it to be filled with nonexistent stock.

The post office employee today at 3pm was rude and not helpful at all. I guess her name was Ashley or something like that. She did not scan my business membership card even though she saw me holding it and just told too late to give the discount after processing the charge.
Also, was rude when she told me I had to fill out the details on the mail even though I labels ready for the sender the receiver addresses!
Not surprised such a treatment from Shoppers Drug Mart!

As a local Langley business owner, I’m suggesting you should respond to your reviews. I was in the other day with my daughter - we were comparing ingredients of different brands of medicine, when a store clerk with blue/purple hair came and stood nearby. She was clearly watching us. I was very offended. Why not ask us if we need any help. It was obvious that we needed it. Understandably, there is a lot of shoplifting going on in Langley - our store included, but be careful how you treat the long-standing good customers.

Never had a problem here! Staff is always patient and helpful at the pharmacy, my post office visits are quick and efficient, and cashiers are attentive and friendly. Store is always clean and easy to navigate.
