Dina was great. Didn’t appreciate the other lady in post office speaking to me as if I don’t understand or speak English well.

This store is a gem! In fact, they have a great cosmetics department with such knowledgable staff. I have been shopping at this location for as long as it has been open! It is neat and clean and always has what I need. Thank you to Luisa for helping with my make up choices for my special event!

We usually happy with this store today was different we went to pick up a few items like we always do in the week. Today was treated with redness by the cashier.

Awful experience in the cosmetics department today.both my mom and I received horrible customer service from the cosmetics woman. Put down the products and walked out. Will NOT be back.

This is a great Shoppers location staff are so friendly and helpful. Has a Post Office located in rear of store Post Office manager is so helpful and bubbly. This store seems to have items others are sold out of. Loads of parking and wheel chair accessible.

I wanted to take a moment to share my gratitude with Luisa, the cosmetics manager.
My mom got married yesterday, and she had forgotten her cosmetics bag. I ran in frantically to find some products for my mom, with 45 minutes before the ceremony started.
Luisa was very friendly and even more knowledgeable. In under 10 minutes, she helped me to select products that not only looked radiant on my mom, but also helped her feel radiant.

I have been a long time customer of this location and have always filled my prescriptions here. However unfortunately this past time, I received horrible care from the new owner/ pharmacist. After reading the last reviews I can see Im not the only one with this issue! I called the pharmacist after learning I had no more refills of my 2 blood pressure medications, and just asked if I could get an emergency supply to hold me over for the weekend until I can get ahold of my specialist from the hypertension clinic at RCH for my refill. These are both medications I have been on for years and have been constantly filling them through this location so he was able to see my history and that its something I need to take on going. He declined my request and was extremely condescending. He accused me of my dates being off, and told me to look at my bottle to find the dates. He also questioned me even though everything is on my file. After receiving this service I contacted the hospital, they had no problem filling my prescription but said they need the pharmacy to send the request first. The owner/ pharmacist never offered to even do this at the very least. After asking a second time, he agreed to give me 1 week of emergency medication while he faxed the prescription. He explained that with his license he cant give emergency supplies of blood pressure medication. After talking to a few other pharmacists about the situation, I have learnt this is not true and it is up to their own comfort level. While I respect his comfort level, and after talking to other pharmacists from other businesses I do not think this pharmacist had my health and safety as a priority, and the fact that he neglected to even offer to send my prescription when he was unable to help me, which in turn actually delayed the process even more putting me at risk, on top of being condescending and rude. I will be switching all of my prescriptions as well as my families to another location where my health will be taken as a priority and my support will be appreciated.

I received the best service from Amber and Luisa in the cosmetics department. They helped me find the perfect products for my skin and went above and beyond to provide me the best customer service I’ve ever had! Thank you both!

I believe there is a new owner/principal as our experience has declined significantly over the last year.

I wasn’t surprised to see the customer service complaints over the last number of months.

On a couple of occasions the pharmacist was upholding a policy, which is fine, but the way the message was delivered was with zero customer service or concern for helping find a solution. For 7 years prior we had the exact opposite experience, and found the pharmacy principal very caring and helpful.

In general when having to communicate with the principal of this pharmacy I am left with the feeling that he is being inconvenienced by having to answer a question or process a request.

We have moved all of our prescriptions over to another pharmacy.

I never had a such bad customer service in any pharmacy except this location. Two times been there and got very rude response from pharmacist.never go back there again!

Wanted to prepare something really nice for a special friend. Luisa at cosmetics prepared a custom and amazing basket of trendy products. Best service I ever had! Thanks to Luisa for all her creativity and effort.

Amber assisted me the other evening while I was shopping for a new foundation and concealer. She took the time to help me match the perfect shade for my skin tone. She was knowledgeable and very kind!

Wanted to pick up some sunscreen and maybe a couple other products for skin (face and hands) and was given such a warm and knowledgeable review of the cosmetics from Janice, so much so that I could easily say returning to this one cosmetics advisor is worth the trip anytime, she also works at Fremont village in Port Coquitlam. Growing up this has been my primary drug store. Very reliable, nice and tidy establishment. Janice is helpful in the beauty section.

Really rude pharmacy staff. It's like they're being bothered to even talk to you. We've been using Shoppers Pharmacy for a long time and we've always had good experience but this location in Pitt Meadows, the staff are simply rude. On the phone and in-person, the lady we talked to talk very impolite. Even if you're busy, at least try to act like a human. Also the wait time here when you give your prescription takes over 48 hours. How is that acceptable? In other Pharmacy, it only takes them 20 - 30 minutes.

I've visited Shoppers several more times and I can say I had way better experience this time. Mind you it wasn't the pharmacy though.
The experience with the Cologne Department was impressive. I spoke to 3 different staff there and they were all really nice. They were willing to help and made me feel like a valued customer.

Staff here told me "You can't expect us to sanitize the machine after EVERY customer. " after the tap wasn't working and I asked if they could wipe/lysol the machine before I used it.:/
Not sure if I'm out of line here, but sanitizing commonly touched objects does that kind of seems like a pretty reasonable expectation during a global pandemic.

Avoid using the pharmacy here if possible. Worst experience of any pharmacy I’ve ever gone to. Disrespectful staff. Should be re- trained.

Called the store searching for a product and the associate was super rude and said "no we don't" and just hung up.

Pharmacists are not very attentive or friendly. Felt very ignored. Would go back to london drugs if I lived closer.

This is for the new security guard/ cosmetics counter (larger older lady). I go to this store atleast once a week and spend a couple hundred dollars in a week. I was dirty looks when I walked in. The security blatantly followed me and watched me the entire 5 minutes I was in the store (quickly popped into the post office and grabbed laundry detergent). Customer was horrendous and I’ve never felt so uncomfortable in a store. Taking my business else where, where they appreciate my business. Customer service and your security guard need some major upkeep.
