Shoppers Drug Mart

Stepping into the Shopper's Drug Mart on Lakeshore in Kelowna was like taking a wild ride into the land of the unhelpful and rude! Seriously, their customer service is about as warm as a frozen turkey at Loblaws - and that's saying something, given the rubbish company that owns 'em both. I'd sooner chat with my pet rock than the staff here. Thanks to the unending series of mishaps and cold shoulders, I won't be using their services anymore. If I could give 'em zero stars, I would. Avoid like yesterday's leftovers!

Worst pharmacy experience. Other shoppers locations have been fine but this location is incompetent. Multiple times they have not had my prescriptions ready to pickup up even though I gave them a couple days notice. Today they only had 1/3 requested prescriptions filled.

Today’s shopping experience was fantastic! We visited the Shoppers Drug Mart Cosmetic counter to inquire about a few new products and select our items for Spring. We were fortunate to have Caroline, Cosmetic Manager assist us! She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products and provided superior Customer Service! Caroline helped make this experience enjoyable! Thank you once again! We will be back soon!

My doctor sent a prescription for a common antibiotic but they didn't have it so I requested them to send the prescription to other branch but the prescription never arrived to the other branch so I went to the other for nothing.

They also keep mixing up my prescriptions with my son's.

There is always a long wait to pick up your prescriptions, regardless if it is crowded or not.

Amazing pharmacy staff, very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Big shout out to Alex and Wade for their great customer service.

I've been going to this pharmacy for years because it's close and they always have my prescriptions ready in a timely fashion.
But I've got to say that Noah has taken extraordinary efforts to to ensure my health and has taken care of me personally. He even called to make sure everything was clear and that I could always call them if I needed them.
Hands down the BEST customer service ever!

Although this is a very busy pharmacy, they're knowledgeable & friendly. The disgruntled people are impatient it makes me wonder if they realize what a great, essential service the pharmacy staff provides in the midst of the chaos.

The pharmacy canceled my refill on the anti-inflammatory meds I need because they said I didn't refill it soon enough.sorry that I was feeling well and didn't need it right away. Brutal.

Pharmacy staff are painful to deal with compared to other pharmacies. Slow, no communication and continue to miss deadlines.

If a doctor sends a prescription and your not on file, they won't call to clarify, they simply leave it at the fax machine and blame you for it.

If you drop off a prescription and come back 4 hours later, it's not done and nor do they indicate it wouldn't be.

They could simply improve by providing a helpful attitude and improve communication.

Prescriptions, flu shots, vaccines are all available here. Store also sells some food and health care products. Magazine rack with wide assortment of titles.

Amazing competent service here. Thanks so much Sage. A pharmacist who goes above and beyond. I would highly recommend them here.
