Rude, condescending and unhelpful pharmacy staff. I understand staffing in a small community can be challenging but management needs to do a better job of building a good team here.

I called in for a prescription that I thought should be refilled. When I explained that it's twice now I've been short, she told me (Lisa) is her name that if I didn't like the way they run things to go elsewhere in the rudest voice, I suggest you find nicer help. All I said was from now on I will be counting my pills right there in front of them. I believe im aloud to do that, am i not? ! I will be moving to another pharmacy. Rude! Rude! Rude! Now they kicked me out of their store. Just so people know and you people at the store know, I have gone to head office over this

I went there this morning and spent almost 250$. To buy some cerave products for a friend of mine. I asked the asian lady (don’t know her name) who works there in beauty section and asked her for help if she can help me find these 7-8 things. She said its in that aisle and walked away. I was like wow what a poor customer service. I had hard time finding all that stuff i asked her again she stared at me said they all in this aisle u have to look for them. I was like really? Aren’t u suppose to help me? She was just walking around and there was only 2-3 customers at that time.
NEVER GOING BACK THERE AGAIN.

They have a great selection of products prices are really good. Staff are very helpful lots of parking. Many PC products are available here.

Went in today to buy over $100 worth of beauty products.
My bestfriend was shopping as well.
Felt watched and was watched like a hawk the entire time.
I'm a well put together individual and normally only buy my cosmetics from sephora, but my girlfriend recommended products you guys had to me so I went in.
They treat you like you are about to steal and can't even enjoy taking your time browsing.
I get this location probably gets alot of theft but you guys should really know your target demographic for theives vs actual shoppers.
Cosmetics is a huge money making industry and by having people watch you constantly and making you feel uncomfortable this will make you loose huge profits. They lady asked if we needed help and we told her we were fine and just browsing and she watched us constantly after that.
So uncomfortable!
Both my friend and I left the cosmetics we were going to buy because of this.

This pharmacy always does a good outstanding job and they always have a good selection of merchandise and the pharmacy team is always helpful when you need help. This is where I go to get my medication and I am always satisfied with the customer service.

Why tf do you have a giant light up sign that says you’re open until 12 when you close at 10?

This visit, unfriendly, ignorant pharmacist, all i did was ask for a shape container, to put my diabetic Items in, for proper disposal. & a covid test.their tones need changing.won't go there again.

Though completely understaffed, everyone that works at this location is pleasant and knowledgeable.

0 Star to the owner or manager of this location for being the most rude dirt bag i ever met. I enquired about a device for my friend and he denied me and called the cops. I have shopped at this location for over 10 years and have never been so disrespected for my services in my entire life from anywhere. I don't even wanna shop here anymore. I have your Owner/Management on recording on my phone. 0 star review!
