Excellent drug store. Always helpful on info on prescriptions.
Staff in cosmetics are very friendly and helpful. They also have great personalities and I find it fun to go there.

Terrible pharmacy. They do not answer the phone, EVER! Always have excuses and not at all accommodating to customers.

Went there last night for buying just a toothbrush and they closed the store 5 mins before closing. No idea why the store front says open till 12am. Absolutely ridiculous!

Web site says they have stock, store manager says they don't, and have no control over it

I love coming here for convenience. They usually have the basic staples I would need from grocery to baby stuff, to beauty supplies and postal needs.

Had the doctor send the prescription (4 packs of medication) to the pharmacy on Friday. Called the following Monday to check if it's ready for pickup. They said they have 1 pack but if I want to get all 4 I'd need to wait 1-2 days and that they'd give me a call when they have it.
3 days go by, no call. I call myself, they're saying I can pick up 1 pack. Apparently they're having some troubles with the distributor so they decided just not to call me. Terrible client communication.

Not only they wouldn’t give me a refund for a prescription I didn’t need, but the pharmacist wouldn’t give me his name[white male glasses and bald], which is really concerning for the fact he make medication and should be able to identify himself, and he likes to put the blame on someone named Don so I hope Don as the boss can tell him he needs to legally give customers at least a first name, other than that the girls are great and working hard
Hope Don can fix those minor issues that shouldn’t have been a big deal in first place

I recently went to the Post office there. I was trying to send out a Shaw Box. First time I went the lady was extremely helpful. I needed an PR Code for the Box. When I returned the next day with the Code and my Shaw Box in a box the woman said it needed to be wrapped in paper. Oh my God! I then went to Shaw and they said the box was fine just take it to the Post office. I then went to London Drugs Post office and they accepted my box not wrapped just put a piece of paper on it and sent it off. Now I ask, what does intelligence mean?

Unreliable, this store doesn't respect their schedule. I went there at 10: 25pm to pick up a medicine, they were closing the door as I was about to park. Their schedule say closing at midnight, but they left at 10: 26pm.

Pharmacy is always confused, not organized, order not ready, etc etc. Don't bother going in to pick up unless you call first and make sure the order has already actually been filled.

I have lived in Chilliwack for 5 years now and it has only gotten worse getting ahold of this location via phone. Constantly dropping the calls the automatic system is terrible. It took me three days to get ahold of the pharmacy I couldn’t even get through to customer service. Every time I finally get a human to answer the phone I very kindly let them know about this issue as I too work in customer service but seems like nothings ever updated or maybe management isn’t being told. The girl I spoke to today was helpful but also not very kind when I told her of this issue that seems to only be getting worse. Also the business I work for always runs into trouble with faxing over prescriptions and giving our patients trouble when filling them. Maybe they are short staffed. But the automatic phone system and numbers you have to press keep changing and seem to be getting more complicated.

Don't know why the pharmacy even has a phone if no one is going to pick up in over an hour. The phone doesn't stay on hold, it automatically hangs up on you after a few minutes. Yeesh.

The worst pharmacy phone service of any Shoppers I have used in the past. If you get a prescription faxed.don't expect it to be filled under 3 - 4 hours. They are close to me, so I've been tolerating this for years now. I'm switching to a small pharmacy that needs people and I'm sure will answer there phone Better customer service and any where is friendlier than these folks. I've even seen a worker whispering about a customer in front of me.
