Shoppers Drug Mart

I've been using this Shoppers for many years and each time I am greeted kindly, I get service for the most part with a smile and on a great day, a little banter to pass the transaction by. Today, I was served by a wonderful young man who greeted me and wished me a good day after payment. I only went in to buy three items and it was a quick visit, I appreciate the kind and friendly customer service of this establishment.

Parm.the cashier was very rude.
Our order was obviously large, we weren't carrying any bags, I asked for a bag.
She ignored me until I asked how much for a bag.
She seemed annoyed with us for asking.
So disappointing, big change from the friendliness we used to experience.

I had 15 minutes to get there to see if my medication could be ready she can see the stress on my face obviously she rushed her butt to help me to get me what I needed at least for a month before they close for a holiday weekend that was the greatest totally helped grateful

The staff is very friendly and the store always seems well stocked. The pharmacy staff is always willing and able to help out. I definitely recommend this location!

Went there for the post office and they closed an hour early and she claims she couldn’t turn the computer on again. The sign in front of me said 10am-5pm for Canada day observed. Every time I go there nobody ever asks me if I need help what so ever. Even if I’m looking for something like makeup the lady at the makeup department just stocks stuff up not even paying attention no eye contact or anything. If im being honest I’m still going to shoppers but I never feel “welcomed”

Been shopping here now for 30 years, and come back for a good reason. Good friendly service and decent prices.
