Bad experience. I had scheduled an important test for a Sunday but when I arrived, they told me there is no personnel on the weekends. Why did the online system allow me to schedule it in the first place then?

Based on many comparisons, I'm driven to conclude that Port Coquitlam’s SDM is qualitatively distinct. This shoppers Drug Mart ranks above all others.
I suspect that its quality cascades from the top down as Marina, the store manager, is terrific. She has surrounded herself with first class staff.
I had a rather inconvenient heart attack in February and thankfully my sister, who lives far away in Tsawwassen, was willing to drive all the way here to take me shopping. Her recently re-licensed brother knows her altruism deserves requitement. A fancy-pants Biotherm skin cream - her favorite variety - seems to be harder than ever to find. Old Dr Joe found himself needing help from the cosmetics department. Let me single out Donna for her meritorious service; she was able to source out the sought-after Biotherm product, and now I can happily drive over, arriving at Andrea’s armed with this rare and brilliant tribute.

I came by today looking for these as other Shoppers had no stock. This location had 2 boxes and they were 50% off! Janice helped me and was even happy for me for getting a great deal plus she offered and gave me some skincare samples. She was also very warm and friendly which I am extra appreciative of these days ️

Very Clean store, pharmacy staff and store staff is very kind and helpful.

The cosmetics department was horribly rude. Never have had a good experience at this location and I have added another bad situation to my list with Fremont! Regina treated me viciously and practically yelled at me. Don’t recommend.

Location is spacious, clean and well maintained. I would only suggest installing self-service cashiers.

Phoned to double check this location could take passport photos, and was told yes. I asked if I needed an appointment, to which they replied "no, just come before 8pm". I dropped my work, grabbed my son and was there in 20 min, only to be told that no one could take passport photos today. The staff I asked couldn't explain why I was told otherwise, and suggested I try London Drugs. Zero service, zero attempt to rectify situation, and their solution was "go somewhere else". Which I will from now on.

I always go out of my way to come to this location specifically (30 min drive). Because it is big, the stock is always so good, great post office, amazing beauty section, and overall just clean and nice environment.

I would like to give a shout out to your great beauty consultants, particularly Tina and Rozanna, for their wonderful customer service and expertise. I live in Langley but will travel all the way to your location in PoCo as these two ladies have been most friendly, helpful and great in providing advise and suggestions. They go way and beyond to ensure I make a well informed decision on my shopping needs and make me feel very welcomed. I've always enjoyed the jovial interaction with them and look forward to going to your store. The cashiers have always been very welcoming and patient with my many queries as well. Good job!

They lost my prescription? How does that even happen. While I was here another person came in to complain about all the issues this pharmacy is having as well and wanted to talk to the manager who apparently works only one day a week (Robbie). Very bad service.

Horrible customer service. Had a valid coupon loaded up on my shoppers optimum app. Went to ask the lady in cosmetics if I can use that for specific products. She wasn't sure so she advise me to double check with the cashier, which is fair. (The cosmetic lady was really sweet and nice). When I went check out my items and asked the cashier about if I can use the coupon, she didn't even look at the coupon and simply said she doesn't know. She wouldn't not even bother to check or help me ask or clarify. Also, my other family member went in the other day and the manager was so rude to her and almost made fun of her question, when it is a simple yes or no answer. Like what kind of customer service is that? Just terrible!

Shopper's Drug Mart website says they "Accept walk-ins" for influenza vaccination. Walked 35 minutes to this location and was told to go home and book an appointment. Very disappointed and stymied. Will go somewhere else that does not lie on their website.
