Agree, this pl is not like used to be about afew years, always they are behind, confused, busy or some excuses even on ur urgent care, looking for somewhere else

Over the last five years it’s been getting worse and worse for customer service and not knowing what’s going on. I’ve had prescriptions faxed and “not received” even though they call and say they need to confirm the prescription you go in person and no one knows anything about it. Has happened more than once. Terribly frustrating. Won’t be dealing at this location any longer.

This place is not as large as some other Shoppers, but it's very convinient to the locals and the staff are very caring. I go there frequently.

Shoppers is Canada's keeper. They are so kind and there has been many times when I needed medicine or prescription drop off late and they have always been there for me. Shoppers is my partner in Health

In the year and a half I've been filling my prescriptions at this location, I've only had one positive interaction with a staff member here. It doesn't matter who I talk to when I call or visit, they are beyond condescending and rude. Every. Single. Time. Every interaction is a fight with them. On multiple occasions, I've gone in to pick up my meds, and have been told my prescriptions aren't ready yet or haven't been sent to them when they have been, including after I've even gotten a call telling me to pick them up. They act like I'm inconveniencing them anytime I ask questions and I've literally been told it's not their problem when there's an issue with my prescriptions being filled. They clearly have no understanding or just don't care about the consequences of missing doses of regular medications. I've been polite and as soon as I push back even a little against a pharmacist/assistant who's been unnecessarily rude, they rip my head off. If you can't be polite to your customers (who are being nice to you and keeping your pharmacy in business) why work with people in the first place? I will not be purchasing anything more from here. I'm fed up.

Please just have a cashier. Everytime I come to this store I wait in line at the pharmacy so I can buy a bottle of advil or setting like that. There are 4 people working in here. Not one at the till.

Small, but i really like buying skincare and makeup from there.im actually suprised theres a shoppers her.

I went in today to get Tylenol for my sick baby and was falsely accused of stealing by the incredibly rude manager. After showing her that I didn’t take anything (even taking my baby out of his car seat), she continued to insist that I had stolen something. I asked to see the footage and she said she couldn’t show it to me. I obviously became upset after she KEPT insisting that she saw me taking something on the camera (when she couldn’t produce evidence).

Disgusting behaviour from a local spot. She should be fired.

I've been coming to this pharmacy for years, the customer service has certainly declined over the last little while.

The pharmacy team is very knowledgeable and helpful. Once I wanted to order a medical item, they checked the price and gave me a call to let me know and ask if I want to order it. They all are always very kind and if they see me waiting they promptly come to me make sure if I have been helped. If you have any questions about your purchase they would take time to talk to you.

Prices are rip off, 2 tooth brush heads that cost no more than $30 on amazon sell for $50 here with tax

Pharmacists are super helpful and knowledgeable. Great team here. Thank you so much for your recommendations: my eye infection is so much better already.
