Very busy location with some grocery availability. Canada post is also open here, on weekends as well with limited hours.

The rudest owner. Santos has short man syndrome with a disproportionate ego. I’m never filling drugs here again.

Lots of shoppers, not enough staff nor choices in necessities. Of 8 had a choice i would not go to that store again. Thumbs down.

That the small height guy Alex is very rude. Went there to drop off prescription but his behaviour was shocking and I left without dropping off, dnt give business to this arrogant man

Jonah is the friendliest pharmacist ever in this location. Look for Jonah if you need anything!

Great Pharmacists. Especially the female Pharmacist, she has worked at this location for several years. Actually ALL staff are great at this location. I look forward to going here, usually on a weekly basis for Medications.

Alex is so rude! He was so short with me. I can tell he treats his employees like dirt! He's so mean and made me cry.

This store is a joke.

They choose their own return policies although shoppers drug mart policy allows for returns of the item. The cashier acts as if she was the final word and would not call the manager and told me to go try another shoppers drug mart. “Because of Covid we do not accept returns”

Very disappointed with the Owner. Alex Dor Santa his mole is huge. Let an employee go that brought money to the company.you chose your friends over an employee.

The pharmacy is a mess; they have lost my family's prescription multiple times even when the doctor's office / hospital directly sends it to them. When they are proven wrong, they become argumentative and are verbally aggressive.

Their staff also likes to play doctor with your medication and will even claim the surgeon's or specialist's dosage is improper.

After being a customer for over 7 years, I have taken my business elsewhere.

I would like to bring everyone’s attention, Pharmacy owner (Alex) is not a human, I felt very bad for the employee working there, He (Alex) threw pen on his employee just because that employee went above and beyond to help the customer came at the counter. The employee was so embarrased and felt humiliated and was about to cry. I felt the owner should be mentally treated, this behaivour is not acceptable in this 21st century. I personally felt bad so imagine how would that employee must have felt there.
I would never give any single penny revenue to that shoppers cz it will eventually fill that idiots pocket. Bast*** human.

The pharmacy there is rude and not helpful! People go there because we have physical issue! If you dun want to help, pls close it!

I was at Shoppers about 10: 00am Saturday morning to have a prescription updated and review my prescriptions with the pharmacist. There were "only" 2 staff working and they were quite busy. "Ada the pharmacist" took the time out of her "schedule" to review my 5 prescriptions and answer some questions I had. TWO thumbs up for her help!
