Sent in prescription refill on Friday, showed up on Sunday and they say it's not ready. Ask if it is going to be ready by Tuesday, they say yes. Show up Tuesday, they say it's not ready. Tell them I need this filled by Wednesday or I run out of meds. Show up Wednesday, they have 30% of my prescription.

Not the first time they've delayed or lost my prescription. They have even withheld one of my medications because my insurance would not cover the cost since I had picked up an emergency supply a few days before (because they lost my prescription). Did not even ask if I wanted to just pay the $4 out of pocket. Was picking up a few prescriptions that day and did not notice it wasn't in there until I got home. One of the other prescriptions I had was a three month supply that expired after one month.

I went to pick up a prescription for a family member who dropped it off in the afternoon. He was told that it would be ready at 4.30pm. When I get there at 6pm, they tell me to come tomorrow as it is not available. I called another pharmacy and they said that they had the medication. I asked for the prescription to be transferred there and suddenly the staff found the medication. They said it was because the staff was not able to reach the higher up shelf. But how is that my problem? I think that they maintain inventory on the computer or is that inaccurate? Anyway, a disappointing experience overall. It's not like it's all free. They do charge a fee apart from the medication and the service is not good.

Doctor forwarded my prescription here. Nobody ever called me to let me know it was ready for pick up. When I called to ask, they had already thrown out my medication. When I asked if they can fill it again, they said I would have to get another prescription. Pharmacist was sarcastic, unprofessional and not helpful. She questioned why I needed this medication. This place is a joke.

Ghetto style store with staff that doesn't care and haven't cared for years. The only employee that wants to help is Kim.

Staff has even told me to avoid the chips because of a severe mice infestation.

Needs to be COMPLETELY renovated, no refrigerated sections except drinks and due to massive robbery issues has one door in, one out.

Just AVOID, go to other locations that have at least a sliver of self-respect.

It is shocking how dismissive the pharmacy staff are.
They seem overworked that treating customers disrespectfully has become acceptable, common place and is now part of the work culture. Most unfortunate - for all parties involved.

I had great service from pharmacy customer service and post office. I saw some negative reviews about the pharmacy so I decided to post. Royce and Anderson were wonderful to me. And the new staff in the pharmacy have treated with respect and efficiency.

Pharmacy messed up transferring and filling a prescription, and also messed up charging it through a plan. The pharmacy staff weren't interested in solving the problem. There's lots of pharmacies around here, go to one of the other ones for competence.
Edit: These reviews are for other customers, to know what stores to avoid. They aren't for making your company better. Do that on your own time. Look into the bad management on your store, or don't bother posting form replies to reviews.

Everyone at this location is always really friendly. Tasha was really helpful on my most recent visit.

They close earlier than 10 pm. Even did not care about urgent pick up at pharmacy. There is should be 5 to 10 mins window just in case. How is it possible to shut down everything before 10 pm.

Beware of Tasha, I believe her to be an assistant store manager. Big brown eyes, long black hair, tall, glasses, facial jewellery (nose rings). I am not sure where she came from (possibly transferred from another Shoppers), but she is rude, intimidating, sarcastic, and disrespectful. I would go as far to label her behaviour as abusive. Not in recent memory have I had such a negative customer service experience. In other times I've been in store, I've seen her react similarly with other customers. I am not sure why she works with people given her clear dislike of them. Management needs to do something about her.
