Shoppers Drug Mart

Terrible! Today i just got vaccine booster and arrived to the drug mart on time! And that old unfriendly mean treated unfairly stigma (which make me feel super underestimated, rude, unequal, racist and even maybe a bad impression to vaccine)! Pharmacist man. When i was about to ask how long should i wait when i arrived on time! As the appointment! Then the old man answered rudely before i even speak! So now what? U guys have a right to say but we dont? And u dont even let anyone has any questions toward covid or anything questions to ask? ! He just kept saying “keep sit at the beside chair madam”! I was like “what”! Why are you treating me like some people in panic that are trying to argue you with you? While i was trying to ask questions! Whats wrong with you. Shopper drug mart i do really need you to have better HR! Because sometimes i do love your products and beauty advisors else where was nice. So i hope this would not let be my last time be there! I even shopped through your app as well. So pls dont let me disappointed through unworthy guy!

Pharmacist Reza is horrible to deal with. He clearly hates people and it shows. He is in a customer facing role but has no basic customer service skills. The pharmacy owner needs to let this guy go because it's costing them business.

Shoppers Drug Mart is VERY unorganized. I went to the Dundarave Shoppers today (Monday, October 12) to get an HD flu shot, having downloaded my confirmation code from the internet the night before. Shoppers website listed its Dundarave and Ambleside locations as having the vaccine available. I arrived just before 10: 00 AM when it opened. The woman in the pharmacy told all the over 65-year-olds lined up (several and probably more to come later) that she was alone and there was nobody available to give vaccinations. So she took everyone's names and phone numbers and said, "We'll call you. " You know what? Some of the aged citizens in that 10: 00 AM line-up could barely walk and must have been over 90 years old. I am furious with Shoppers Drug Mart because of this. How rude! Nothing on their website. No sign outside. NOTHING. Shoppers, show some respect for your customers!

Lousy customer service. It’s on their ad that you dont need an appointment to have a flu shot, however, they bounced me off twice asking if I booked one, and there were no any people inside getting the shot. I think they just want to look busy for their managers booking those appointments.

Very helpful and courteous people. Being a smaller pharmacy you sometimes hv to wait for the occasional item to be brought in.

It is a smaller one, mostly I prefer to go Ambleside or Park Royal for bigger place. But good to have Shoppers in Dundarave as well, it is very convenient for the people who lives in Dundarave and can not drive around. Dundarave village has many other shops and stores that is perfect for the residence. You can get most of the things in the village and you do not need to drive
