Shoppers Drug Mart

I only bought one clarins cream but the staff scan two, I paid extra for it.

Says open late however half the items are locked up, including the entire left hand side of the store that carries all makeup items, skincare etc.n

I bought fake nail tips at 3pm today at cosmetic section.
And i found out back side box was damaged.
But it was back so I realized after I bought.
So I was visiting to shoppers again to exchange to same stuff. It was 4pm.

I checked the nail section first and there was no same stuff. So I went cosmetic counter to return it because there is no same stuff anymore and I don't want to get diffrent stuff.

I asked to staff that I want to retun it and also explain the reason why I retund it.
Suddenly she checked the damaged nail box and the she became really aggressive.
She told me all the cosmetic stuffs are not allowe to be returned.
So I told her as the receipt says, all unused products can be exchanged and refunded within 30 days.
And she said to me "yes unused! But who knows you used it and trying to refund it! "

I was like. I was very embarrassed.but I tried to explained again why I wanted to refund it.
But She ignored me while I was explaining again and went to the nail section to make sure there was no same product.

And when she came back after confirming that, she told the other Cosmetics staff to write down on the cosmetic section that all Cosmetics products are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.every conversation was front of me.

I was really angry so I asked her name to complain to shopper's customer service.
And she told me "I don't have a name".
I asked her name more than five times and she was ignore me again and she was trying to leave there.

So I visited another counter to ask her name and complained about what happened to me.
I got her name and reported to customer service. But I don't know I can write here her name. She seem like cosmetic manager and someone below wrote a review about her already she got short haired woman with glasses (40s/50s).

I was really really sad.
Every other customer in the store was looking at me and her, she was almost yelling at me and ignore me during I was telling her.

I can't belive it was happed to me.the nail kit was only 12dollors. No one would want to be ashamed to get back just $12.
I don't know why I need to explain like this.
Hope she is not being rude to other customers.
