Shoppers Drug Mart

Again the male pharmacist there is nasty and rude! Even went out of his way days later to yell at me. Refused to listen to what I was saying.
My son had been days without his medication because of this guy. I've ultimately will be switching all things to a different pharmacy.
I am just unbelievably shocked at the horrible customer service from him. How he is still employed by this store makes me question management. As I've now read a number of BAD things about him.

Just had to make a quick stop on my way home to grab makeup. The woman who assisted me was do helpful and found the product I was looking for, plus provided me with a discount. It was a pleasure to be looked after her at your store!

Male pharmacist working tonight was extremely rude. We went 20 min before closing. Instead of just letting us know that they didn’t have enough time to make out medication he started raising his voice and started telling us you had 3 days since you had the prescription you should have came earlier we explained him due to 12 hours work situation we should but we are here 20 min before you closed.as customers should be expected to be help until last open hours provided. He could have simply refused to serve us but instead his voice of a time was nasty I would hate to be interacted with a person like that in my life just makes anyones day of full. I hope I don’t have to deal with him again anywhere.

There are a few pharmacists who work here, most of them are all right, but there is one particular male pharmacist who is extremely rude every single time I have to deal with him and very unwilling to help or solve any kind of problem that might come up.
