Shoppers Drug Mart

Very professional paper signs taped up all over the outdoor. The store is dirty. Tried to buy a scratch ticket at the counter. Was told I couldn't buy that one because they were out of them in the back.

Linda from the Beauty Boutique at Shoppers Drug Mart in Pine Centre Mall is lovely. She took the time to help me find products that work well for my skin, and I’m super happy with my purchase and the excellent customer service I received.

I pick up my prescription every day and usually they are great but the pharmacist Krishna is always making me late for work. She is the only one but at least she is consistent. #@$#&

Staffed followed me around the make up area and told me I wasn't allowed to pay anywhere else in the store but the make up counter by the entrance. There's no posts or signs around the store saying that I had to by make-up at that counter only. I did mention this at the counter to the lady working only to be told no she wasn't but she was quick to say I wasn't allowed to leave the beauty area when I went to go pay by the exit doors. I feel like if your not following me then you wouldn't know I was going to other counter and would of helped other customers in the area.

Walk into the store with a shoppers drug mart recycling bag I did not use a basket or cart. I was walking around putting items in the bag and right about to check out just had to grab one more item then I got swarmed by 3 employees and told I had to use a basket or cart. They were accusing me of stealing. I felt very uncomfortable and wanted to drop my items and go to another shoppers but instead I just checked out and left. Remind you guys I use my shoppers drug mart recycle bag to shop with and never had a problem before I shop at shoppers frequently

I stopped here this morning to get two energy drinks as I do every morning before work. I alternate between the RockStar and Monster brands, because one of them are always on sale 2/$5.50. Today it came to 8 dollars and some change despite the advertised sale sticker. I informed the cashier, and she went to "check" she pulled the tag out from under the flavor I chose (blatantly in front of me) and told me all the other flavours of Monster were on sale, except the one I chose. I told her I knew she was lying, I'm here every morning, and reminded her of the scanning codes of practice, which she continued to ignore insisting I pay the full price. So today, you lied to a regular customer, violated and ignored the scanning codes of practice and broke the law. I'll get my drinks at the dollar store in the future.

My sister (22yr) went in to go buy makeup today and an employee came up to her and told her that she was not allowed to be in the store and she was told before to leave for stealing. Be it she has not been to this store location in over 6 months, this is absolutely ridiculous just because she is student with a backpack doesn’t mean you can profile her and say she’s stolen things when she has a receipt for everything she has.she isn’t some little 16 year old high school student coming on their lunch to steal. What a way to run a business absolutely ridiculous and we will never shop at this location again!

Very bad racist minimum wage workers, Trina Elaina racially profiled and harassed my daughter at this store location, talked with manager harman and he just said we weren’t racially profiled and he’ll talk to her but still apologized for what happened. Very very poor work ethic and customer service.

Went there to buy perfume. Kim helped us. She is very professional and knowledgeable member at shoppers.

Although they did not have what I was looking for, they directed me to the place where I found what I was looking for. Great staff.

Avoid this pharmacy if you can. Really poor customer service, and they don't seem to really care.

Always a fan of SDM, today I had a bad experience at Pine Centre Mall store. I was browsing jewelry after picking some hair accessories and a lady salesperson from Cosmetics Dept walked all the way from her counter and straight away asked me if 'I was done shopping'. I told her not yet, but needed help with price check with my pick. Kept my calm, but was too frustrated by her approach. I have been in CS and these questions are aimed not at customers just because of colour. Shame on her, and she herself was heavily face-painted East Asian.

Terrible service at the pharmacy, I was standing for 5 or more minutes and 3 saw me and did nothing. When a Caucasian lady and man came they were very quick to respond and did not wait at all! The other departments were good, but still if I could give -5 I would.

The delivery person delivered my meds to the wrong house. I was upset. The woman I dealt with was rude. She showed no empathy towards my situation and even said Shoppers wasn't responsible for my meds getting lost.
Well, the delivery company Shoppers emloys is their responsibility so I don't agree.
I switched pharmacies.

I love shoppers drug mart, by I will never go back to this one. Treatment by the staff was horrendous. I was followed at each isle. Treated as if I were a thief. I wanted to get coglone. Dear don't get any because I felt Closter phobic from two security guards presentand 4 other staff. So angry by this I couldn't I refused to pay for items at till and left. 1st day of my of what was to be a relaxing four day weekend with my wife. So Thanx shoppers. I will never shop thereat that location again.

Pharmacy slow the people working there have no interest in the customer and they followed me thought out the store I'm not going there no more
