If you have a concern or simply need assistance for a vaccine or medication please avoid to come to this shoppers, you will only waste your time and lose your patience. They don’t even deserve a 1 star rate

The pharmacists at 2888 Granville Street exceeded my expectations once again. This Shoppers Drug Pharmacy is my pharmacy of choice. The folks here have provided me with excellent service. I am grateful.

I live in the neighbourhood and go here fairly often. I appreciate the kind and attentive people who work here.

This isn’t limited to just this Shoppers, they’re all like this to a degree, but the way security follows anyone and everyone around here is INSANE.
I work next door to this location, and I hate having to come in to grab little things. The stock is terrible, and the customer service in the makeup department is way over the top.

The surplus of one star reviews definitely reflects just how bad this particular location is

Pharmacy can't find prescriptions after contacting you to come and pick them up. Regularly have to make multiple visits to pickup a single prescription. The team seem to have very poor internal communication or storage practices for prescriptions leading to long waits, confusion and often failure to find prescriptions when you go to collect

Would not recommend transferring your prescriptions at phamacy here. Not professional and bad communications between staffs. I have to come back twice and re-sign the form they need.

One of the late-night pharmacists was very disagreeable and disrespectful. She also shorted me on my prescription. I called up the next day and brought this to the attention of the daytime pharmacist, who was very courteous and polite. She did a count of the remaining stock and told that I had indeed been shorted, apologized and said she would make up the missing medications for me.

The pharmacy staff at Granville and 13th have consistently been rude, impatient and lacked empathy on several occasions. I shop at this location from food and household items only. I much prefer the pharmacy and team at the Shoppers on Broadway and Burrard. They are much more kind, patient and helpful. It’s unfortunate that the location at 13th continues to display such poor service even after all these reviews. I would honestly give them 0 stars if I could.

Always go to this Shoppers, usually i find what I’m looking for, the self checkout is great!

It says it’s pet friendly, and I was only going to get milk. In and out. And they kicked me out! Dog haters!

I had the best customer service from your cashier, Kenneth today. That man is a breath of fresh air, give him a raise!

Great selection of products and large store. It's kind of amazing how much food is available at this location! Generally speaking, customer service is good though employees can be quite busy stocking shelves etc.

Middle-aged blonde lady at the cosmetics counter was not only unhelpful, but also extremely rude. There is no need for the *cosmetics staff* to tail customers when they're just browsing personal care products; that is the security guard's job. I will be taking my business to the many other Shoppers along W Broadway and will encourage others to do the same.

Stock can be an issue as its a small store, especially in the perishable and frozen departments.
Otherwise it's a good Shoppers.

Absolutely love the second language initiative!

My mother is most comfortable speaking Indonesian (her mother tongue). When we walked over to the pharmacy counter today, Nico (who speaks Indonesian), kindly helped us. It was just by chance, but it was a wonderful (and helpful) surprise for my mom.

This is my first time to write a review as I felt compelled to do so. Today I went to shoppers at 9: 15am to buy my morning shopping stuff. As I was going to my desired section, I accidently and softly bumped into an employee that is wearing a bandana. I, then, said excuse me. The employee, who looks extacly like a criminal stopped me and started to shout loudly. He kept yelling and asking me constantly if I'm looking for beef. It is unfortunate that these people represent a respected entity such as shoppers.

Maria in Beauty is amazing. Great customer service. I am high risk and she had everything ready for my shopping. Amazing especially
during covid. She called to make sure I was satisfied with order, made sure I had my optimum and coupons ready, if applicable.
Quick and efficient service. She is one of the kindest and friendliest people in the beauty department. You need help and great knowledge able service.as for MARIA!

I have been shopping at this store's beauty department for years, and happily, but for the past? Year the quality of service has been poor. It may be my age, or the way I'm dressed - I was seriously intending to buy some expensive cosmetics, but decided to go elsewhere because of the way the clerk made me feel.
