5: 47 pm and it’s august 8th- So i beeped on the way into the store and i beeped on the way out, and this man stops me and gets his supervisor- and this old woman comes up and tells me to go thru the beep thingy, it wasn’t me and the lady GRABS my bag and checks through it and REFUSES to give it back to me and then she REACHES HER HAND INTO MY BAG AND CHECKS THRU IT? I am extremely disappointed as i am a woman of colour and I believe she wouldn’t have even questioned anyone else.

I called this morning and placed my requests for prescription refills, and the representative acted as if to be bothered by my impacting their time. She dropped the phone on the counter and spoke with somebody, then said, "Is that all? I then responded saying no I have more. She never once acknowledged me and never replied with my order. The only thing she said was they be ready by today at 4p.m.

Cashiers provide no help except to direct you towards the self check out. Bring back customer service please

You need to take down your open till 10 sign that's on the street sign and on the building. That is terrible business practice to advertise till 10 and close at 8. This is a 2 hour difference. Do better.

You clearly don't even listen to your reviews considering the one from 2 MONTHS AGO, stating the exact same thing. Even worse business practice!
