Shoppers Drug Mart

Spend 15 mins on the phone before anyone answers. They have missed a prescription twice now, I have to phone them everytime to get it included. I told three times not to give me 3 months of a prescription because it cost $118 per month, too much to pay out at once.

If I could give less than one start I would. Update your god damn hours! Or just keep withholding people pain meds after surgery that’s super cool too! !

Old lady with short grey hair who works there openly discriminates and should be ashamed of herself. I wouldn’t want someone like that working for me.

Long story short…,
I was told I was going to shoplift because I have tattoos and was using a reusable bag.
I call my husband crying my eyes out who was waiting for me outside the store with my 2 year old, he walks in and asks the old lady with short grey hair (we’re not sure her name yet) why she was accusing me of shoplifting as he was holding my 2 year old daughter and because he asked this question she called security. That was it, he wasn’t yelling; nothing just asked a simple question. Called SECURITY ON HIM WHILE HOLDING MY DAUGHTER.
Not only did she make a derogatory accusation about my appearance she also called security, this is sickening.
Corporate apparently is getting involved and investigating and I hope nothing like this happens again!

Tanya the cashier is always friendly and lovely. She will greet you with a smile and your name if she knows. She always there to listen and make sure you know about how you can save!
The pharmacy has been great with medicine and remembering things my low iron makes me forget haha.

I have been on hold for 50 mins and *much longer yet* and my friend was just in there saying it wasn't busy at all.the phone was litterly ringing and ringing and the employees where just socializing. This is really poor customer service. Starting to think shoppers isn't the service I want to go through anymore.

Worse customer service ever!

They are never open or close according to their posted hours. They are supposed to open at "X" and instead it's an hour or two later and it says they are open to "Y" but instead close an hour or two earlier. Very poor business practices. Many people share the same complaint and it never gets resolved.

If you call and want to reach the pharmacy, there’s a recording that says there are no vaccines for Covid available and then they send you back to the previous menu so there’s no way to actually get a hold of the pharmacy.
