The staff are all so polite and helpful. Best pharmacy service, and open until 10 pm!

Have had some experiences less favourable than others. But a huge shoutout to the Pharmacy Dept (Steven?) today for being very helpful. It did not go unnoticed.

Its a bit expensive and the cashiers are a bit incompetent and not too bright.

I really appreciate the excellent service and high level of professionalism I receive from the pharmacy team, as well as other departments in the store. This Shoppers is the best!

Ive had good experiences being there and the pharmacy can be helpful. I understand closing time but when there is only atiny bit of time untill the building is closed, i had the cashiers bothering me and trying to make me leave as soon as possible making me uncomfortable and rushed.i ended up forgetting a couple of items cause I was rushed. I get that its almost closing time but atleast give me abit more time to find my items instead of rushing me causing me to forget things. Ive had the pharmacist do this to me aswell and they tell me their paycheck gets cutoff at 10: 00pm trying to give me a reason for them to push me out of the store.
