Shoppers Drug Mart

I went to the store today there was two cashiers one of them was too rude and we asked about a product she was too rude and started laughing on us. Worst customer service.

Was there last night just before closing and l was told it the cash register was broken.l had to leave without the food l needed for breakfast and lunch.

Ok so l decided to call the store at 8: 07 am, (store opens at 8: 00 am) and asked if l could spend cash there right now, and the answer was "Yes"
So it seems that the magic cash register repair fairy was able to fix it.
Now l should mention that this is not the first time that I have had a problem with this particular employee, as another time I was there just before closing and she said that she couldn't except my cash because of complications with the counting of the cash or something along those lines and within seconds another lady showed up at the till and said "can I scan your items? " I said "yes, but I have cash " and she said "no problem "and proceeded to scan my items and I paid with cash and said "thank you very much, have a great night. "
so now for my insight as to why this is happening and I figure it's because this employee is so worried about getting out of the store right at midnight that she doesn't wanna spend an extra few minutes to tally up the till etc.etc.etc.so in doing so she inconveniences paying customers.
But that's just an assumption and not proven fact.
Anyways due to my heavy work schedule, l usually only have time to shop justbefore midnite and shoppers is my only option.

We had a experience with Kenny and he was the most non helpful person. He was raising his voice at us since the starting and tried to make an issue out of nothing. He was arguing for no reason and didn’t help us with the process at all. He started being very rude with us and other customers as well. He was very impatient and impolite for no reason. We were not at all expecting this kind of behaviour for just a mere post. If you guys are working in customer service you should be helpful and patient rather than argumentative and non respectful.

Shopper6 Drug Mart has a very sneaky way to make extra money by only dispensing prescriptions for a month whenever Dr's prescribe 3 months supply, so you end up paying their prescription fee 3 times for the same prescription how cunning!

I have been helped by Safvan (pharmacist) a few times. I recommend him as he always go above and beyond to help.

Not once have they had a phoned in RX ready on time. They will even lie and tell you that the doctor has not send it yet. Always behind and disorganized.

Extremely rude pharmacist (Saturday June 17 @ 6: 48pm). Felt like I was talking to a wall. Did not even look at me when I was politely speaking to him. Was just trying to brush me off.

Sorry if you were having a bad day, but at least show some respect to the customer standing in front of you.

I had to use the post office located in Shoppers Drug Mart. She was so helpful and friendly.

Very helping with filling up the prescription which needed to be transferred from another pharmacy.

The pharmacy never answers the phone… I have literally been waiting an hour and finally just hung up

Worst pharmacy ever. Doctor prescribed a compound medicine and I had to pay first to proceed with the order. Upon placing the order I was told medicine will be ready in 24 hours. However I came to pick up after 3 days and tech from pharmacy asked me to come back after 3-4 hours. Ridiculous service and rude stuff. Better go to the save on pharmacy next door, way professional

Pharmacy takes for ever even when doctor send the prescription 1 day before at 2pm. You would expect it to be ready next day by lunch. Tried Save on foods where the prescription is ready within 2 hrs Just gonna have to change

They're nice but dispensing the wrong quantity.

The pharmacist who read my prescription has missing vial injections
Now I have to travel all the way to Vancouver hospital again which is a hassle.

Plus they don't answer the phone calls
They're not short staffed.
I think they just don't care.

They never answer the phone in the Pharmacy. You can call any time and you wait and wait and wait, redirected, press the same buttons and wait and wait and wait. Waste of my time and anyone else who wants to get ahold of them. I recommend Trying another pharmacy chain because all Shoppers are the same!

Just about every time you phone to see if you’re prescription is ready you hardly ever get through to pharmacy! Very frustrating and annoying so I’m going to try next time to go somewhere else, also there’s always long wait times at the cashier because they usually only have one cashier on with 5-6 people in line. I’ve also wanted to buy other products in the store after going to the pharmacy but the lines are usually too long so I go to another store instead.

I wouldn’t recommend going here for their pharmacy anymore. They are always understaffed it seems and you will likely have to almost anytime you come. They also do not answer their phone (pages) in the pharmacy ever, due to being so understaffed. I had a prescription called in Thursday afternoon and it’s Saturday at 5 and they never filled it yet. I’m now going to be at least 20 minutes late to a dinner I was going to — I would definitely recommend finding somewhere less busy if possible.

I just called for a refill on my medication and they hung on me half way through the call for no reason and now won’t answer. If I could rate them 0/5 I would. Management please do better…

Would do zero stars if possible (for the pharmacy that is). Ever since I switched to this location I've had nothing but trouble. Today I was told that, even tho my doctor filled my prescription, I had to wait until the 13th to fill my order unless I wanted to pay for it even tho I'm on disability and it should be covered. They basically accused me of trying to refill my prescription too early, even tho I'm a week without my PSYCH meds and now will be for much longer. They withhold important medication. Absolute shame.
