Pharmacist told me my case was too severe for anything they can prescribe me, and that I should make a doctor appointment, 2 weeks later I got an appointment and my doctor prescribed me something that the pharmacists is able to prescribe, it fixed my issue and less then 2 days.
Horrible service.

The customer service for the pharmacy by the Phone socks! Don't even bother, What a waste of time

After using the Chilliwack pharmacy for close to a decade, I decided to transfer a few items to the Mission location after moving out this way. Well, a couple months in and I've had that stuff transferred to another pharmacy altogether.

Most of the staff are great, but the snobby attitude from one employee in particular was enough for me to go elsewhere. Turns out other reviewers here have dealt with the same woman.

Thankfully I'm able to take my business elsewhere. That said, my new pharmacist waited 45 minutes on hold with shoppers to have one medication transfered over, and I had to go in myself and tell them to phone it in. Sure enough, same woman, same attitude. Fortunately I won't have to deal with her again. But if other customers are here wondering if "it's just you" -it's not.

The pharmacists and other staff members are the best ones I've seen in BC and I've lived in all the various towns. I feel bad because they probably end up dealing with frustration people have at other pharmacies.

We had a prescription sent to Shoppers in mission. 4 hours in urgent care. Not sure if Doctor forgot to send in but snotty pharmacy tech didn’t look very hard or even had any interest in trying. That will be the last time giving them business!

This is a very busy pharmacy but they are friendly, professional and helpful. I'm glad we have a Shopper's in our town. They stock a large variety of household and beauty needs and they have a post office inside. A nice, clean place to shop with friendly, helpful employees.

Absolutely the worst customer service in the pharmacy department ever. Waited 45 min to come back and get blood pressure medication. They couldn't get their system to work they said, asked for an emergency supply so they could have time to fill it. After more complaining behind the counter I asked them to move it to another shoppers drug mart closer to my home. Gave them back their 2 perindopril, 1 amlodipine and 4 hydralizine ALL blood pressure meds - honestly the way the young pharmacist was behaving you would have thought they were narcotics. Even after I explained my blood pressure was 180/130 and i was trying to avoid an emergency trip they complained about the paperwork required to do emergency dispensing. Shoppers drug mart needs to do better about training their pharmacy team at this location.

I usually love going there especially close to closing the girls are very nice! Tonight I was rushed and told, in an annoyed tone: "we're closed in 3 mins! "
I looked at her like um I'm aware? Had my hands full, and she must have lied about the time! Because I went through till and walked to my car and it was 1157am THEN.
Like don't rush me sweetie, I've been going there for 12 years and have never received such a tone for no reason!
Her friend was waiting for her to get off work or something. Like where is your professionalism.
I would consider myself a regular, but don't want to go there if I get the young new black haired girl again.

No emotional intelligence on that one, aka very bad customer service skills, you're getting paid!
And I'm spending my hard earned money.
Just gross!

Easy to find items, cooperative staff, clean and calm, pharmacy team is well educated and knowledgeable, canada post service is available.

The store always has good selection of items at good prices. They also have a very friendly and convenient pharmacy. Nice staff in the store.

Got some of the rudest and slowest stuff I’ve ever seen in my life. They mess up my wife’s medication’s. Give us last minute notice on refills. Delivery times are always different times of the day.

Post office needs to work on there phone skills.keep getting transfered to phamacy and they end up hanging up on you repeatidly

The cashier was very rude to my mother when she asked for the seniors discount. She was very sarcastic and rude in her responses when asked for help. When I tried to call this location to report the problem, when I got through they hung up on me. This is not how to do business.
