They take forever in giving your prescriptions. I had to wait almost 3 hours just to get my ibuprofen ready and the people there are very rude.

Honestly I don’t know why the place is still running with that bad of a customer service.

I would Suggest Rexal by Austin!

Asked specifically for a certain Cologne and sold me the wrong one. Staff were friendly but just not competent.

Amazing store, staff really hustles for the badge. Great customer service, this store has been serving me and my family for 10 years no problem.

I’ve been living in this area for over 20 years and I’ve never experienced such horrible customer service at the pharmacy before. You staff is the most laziest staff I’ve experienced specially the evening ones and the most recent hires. They are rude and it brews from a weird control issues that they have with customers if you don’t like serving the clientele in Coquitlam strongly suggest to work in a environment that you feel the most comfortable in. Maybe the onus is on the owner stop hiring people for minimum pay because your service has gone downhill and I will be moving my families prescriptions elsewhere. I accepted paying phenomenal dispensing fees when the service was great but not anymore. After reading all the reviews from shoppers you still don’t care to change. It truly shows how much you care for your customers. The only reason you have a clientele is because of the convenience of its location not the service. Pharmacy only!

Shoppers customer care says they are reviewing the complaints about this store, but clearly they are not, as the service is getting worse and worse. Who cares about customers, when all they care about is the money.

Cheaper to buy most products next-door at no frills.
The wait time is also often slow or delayed, even when I’ve said “I can pick up in a few days”, there’s still been an additional 10-20 minute wait for them to find it.

I love the late hours of this store. Self check out works great if you don’t need to buy lottery tickets. I like the post office here. I like that there’s a selection of current video games and electronics, including Apple products. / chargers. I like the seasonal decorations for sale.
The store is usually clean and well-stocked.

Edit: my experience here gets worse every few weeks.

This extra steep decline in service this last year (2022-2023) means I will be getting all future vaccinations and medication from a different pharmacy.

I bought some skin care products here. There was an amazing staff, Krista (or Crystal?), who was helping me get a suitable item for my skin.
To be honest, I don’t usually reviewed any places I visited because it takes more than minutes due to my bad English. However, her nice, and kind service was outstanding so that I had to mention it. She made my day!

Pharmacy is terrible. The Prescriptions are never ready on time and the Staff are super unfriendly and seem annoyed that they have to assist you.

Worst pharmacy I’ve ever used. They make a lot of mistakes, never have enough medication and always need a reminder phone call after my doctor sends them my prescription order. Now one of my medications that my doctor prescribed, which was to be waiting for me to refill at a later date is missing from my refill page. Sorry but that’s the last straw I’m going back to my old pharmacy, you guys are a train wreck!

Ive been regularly shopping here since I moved to the area last August. There is such a huge shift in how the staff act in our interactions the last little while. I can't say I feel really welcomed anymore. I overheard staff complaining about others on several occasions, perhaps a supervisor or management. It's unprofessional to even have these convos in sight of customers? The staff don't seem happy at all recently!

And the Pharmacy has always been really rude. I get my scripts elsewhere. I loved the rest of the store which made me a regular here.

Pharmacy is not good. Often not ready when they promised. My insulin is beyond manufactures best before date long before they allow refill. Mis counting of tablets on two occasions.

Clueless people working in the post office. Hire better people. Train them better. You can do better Shoppers. Avoid this place unless you're bringing an Amazon return.

Hello everyone, I would like to say you are all deluded for talking about the pharmacy this way. They have served my parents and family for many years with great service.

Take your pharmacy business elsewhere. The pharmacist rudely lectured my pregnant wife over the details of her prescription. How the hell is my wife supposed to know what the doctor should have put on the prescription, and why the hell is the pharmacist taking it out on a pregnant woman? !? Pharmacies are everywhere and you don’t need to subject yourself to this. Stay away.

From Pharmacy to the Cosmetics, they are outstanding. I always feel like they are looking out for my best interests and they take the time to explain even when I know they are busy. The staff are friendly and knowledgable which make it a very nice experience. I highly recommend this Shoppers.

Horrible experience at this pharmacy every single time. I have been coming here every two weeks for the past three months to pick up blister packs for my client and every single time there’s a problem. Either they aren’t done on time or they’re lost. One time I even received a phone call that my prescriptions were ready to be picked up but when I arrived, they weren’t filled yet. Wish I could give a zero star rating. I am transferring all prescriptions to another pharmacy.

The Fanny lady is absolutely horrible and I’m tired of being quiet about it. Years I’ve been coming here and she makes it seem like she goes out of her day to give me and everyone else terrible customer service. How does she still work here? She was telling me that my sister who is a child needed ID to confirm our address for a bank account. She is a child. She doesn’t have ID. She also scolded my sister for not having a signature and told me I must make her practice. She has no right to tell me and my sister how to live about ourselves. This lady needs to be fired, your loyal customers are tired and frustrated with her behaviour. I contacted shoppers drug mart customer service regarding this issue.

The service at the pharmacy is abysmal. I would give 0 stars if I could. Each employee ive dealt with is incredibly rude and speaks with disrespect. They are unhelpful and will purposely incovience patients and delay your ability to receive your necessary medication because they are too lazy to send a fax to another pharmacy. Honestly, the owner should be ashamed by how they are serving this community, and its clear from other reviews the community agrees.

Customer service at beauty boutique is so disgusting. Always have had a bad experience every single time I’ve been in there.

Had a really bad experience here today with a very rude pharmacist. I was just inquiring if my wife’s prescription was available that had been faxed over the previous day, and was treated so rudely and condescended to that my wife is taking the prescription to a different pharmacy (not a Shoppers). Sorry for trying to be a customer, seems like losing business is a trend here…

7 minutes without speaking to a single human being while trying to reach the pharmacy, before giving up because I had actually arrived there before they answered. And this is the same location where I stopped going because the pharmacist tried to give me the same meds twice and the customer help team did absolute nothing
