The beauty boutique is the reason I love going to this shoppers. Leah is so helpful and always knows exactly what I need to help my skin. 10/10 recommended visiting Leah!

Leah in the beauty bar is the friendliest and most helpful. She has lots of product knowledge and has stellar customer service. I have a closer Shoppers Drug Mart to my residence in Langley. But I choose this one due to the level of service I receive from Leah. She tailors her advice to my specific requirements.

Went here since I was in the area will never be going back the beauty department all need a reality check and are so out of touch with reality that making a girl cry and the front check out not even in there department because she didn’t want to do her transition with them because it took the girl three or four times to get the first transaction right should be ashamed and maybe don’t yell at paying customers and call them rude when they are in the wrong! Cashier at ground was very kind tho

Went to the store trying to redeem points for some video games. Their in-stock pricing is more expensive than what’s showing online, and the lady from customer service refused to match the price with very bad attitude. We ended up going to another shoppers store and they matched the online pricing for us.

I called to the beauty boutique to put a 700$ dyson on hold and they just picked up and hanged up right away. Why even have a phone then? Went to a different beauty boutique location who actually picks up their phone and recieved great service. Staff and security also profile people who come in here especially if they're not white. Disgusting behaviour from the security guard. Acting like he is not an ethnic immigrant himself but following all ethnic people around the store. Ridiculous, why do they even hire these type of people in Canada? Countless reviews about this illiterate individual.

I waited two weeks to get my special over 65 flu shot for 4 flus then when I get here and wait half an hour because the pharmacist is behind …you Tell me you don’t have the flu shot that you booked me an appointment for! I drove 25 minutes one way to get this special flu shot and all you had to say is sorry!? Yes you are a sorry company! The pharmacist said your website was not updated to reflect the vaccinations that you had. I think it’s really awful that you do this sort of thing …you can’t update your website?

In support of the other 1/zero stars (negative) reviews on here about being ‘profiled’ at this specific location experiencing certain staff in ‘authority’ treating you in such appalling, unprofessional ways only to be met with a store Pharmacy owner that demonstrates a similar closed-ears approach to anything serious happening in this store it’s most unfortunate. All these reviews here by various customers experiencing issues at this store take note. It takes a lot to want to come forward and hopefully head office in Toronto and/or its parent company Lowblaw take these reviews seriously and cares. Not just a customer service general intake. However we as informed consumers can choose where we spend our time and money. The fact there are many reviews about the misinformation and wait times at this location and at this pharmacy speaks volumes that ownership can’t clearly be fixing anything.

Horrible pharmacy experiences here. I wouldnt even give a star. I have had my presecription with Shoppers Drug Mart for decades. I moved to the area about 8 months ago and everytime I go there are huge line ups and slow staff. Yesterday I wated in line for 30 minutes until i gave up because the line wasnt even moving to pick up. Today, I went into to get a prescription that was called in 1.5 hours ago by my Dr.and they couldnt even tell me if they had it or not. Something about 400 prescritions. I dont care if you have 400 prescriptions a day customer service is a huge part of it. Hire more staff! I wanted to know when to come back. The technician was so rude when I asked questions. I will not use this pharmacy anymore.

Not happy. 66 year old woman could not return over the counter medication at Shoppers.major surgery did not need nausea meds costing $91 which my son picked up for me.
They said I could bring them back as I called right when he got home.waited until the next day confirmed again I could return them but when I tried I was denied. Kevin help me please I am on CPP & retired the money I need back.

Went in the store to get new make up brushes but the ladies in that department were not willing to help me, even when I said excuse me, the one lady pretended she didn't hear me or see me, just turned her back and walked away. Very snobby department. Maybe I didn't look rich enough for them.

Bleeding lipstick? Look no further than Lise Watier Virtual Lip Contour (clear) I've traditionally bought No Bleeding Lips (NBL) but it's become too hard to find. So, I went to Shoppers Drug Mart Cosmetics on 16th in White Rock. Without fail, the best source of information and product on the Peninsula. Lise Watier is a also a Canadian Company ; NBL is a US Company and where possible I like to shop locally - meaning in White Rock/South Surrey or in Canada. From my perspective, Lisa Watier Virtual Lip Contour (clear) is a much better product than NBL. Where NBL is quite a thick waxy application, Lisa Watier product is a much smoother cleaner more elegant application. My tendency is to think that smoother cleaner application may lend itself to longer wearing time. At any rate, the wearing time will be no less than NBL because I believe the finer grain of the wax may hold those little lip crevices a little more in check. Why not try it

Came off the road from working out of town for the last 3 months and walked up to my pharmacy because I'm dangerously high right now with my readings. It's 5: 54pm on a Saturday and I need my insulin you know.because diabetics need it no matter if a scipt has lapsed. The pharmacist could not even be bothered one little bit to subscribe a diabetic some emergency insulin. What is this? America. Will 100% be taking this over her head, rediculous.

Bring Gas Mask:
Imagine if you will, a healthy person who uses absolutely no toxic chemicals on their body, clothes, or home but after spending 10 minutes in this store leaves smelling like a toxic chemical factory; you can smell Lysol, perfumes, laundry detergents, and air fresheners all over my clothes, hair, and skin. Just imagine what my lungs must smell like after breathing in this toxic cocktail of chemicals while shopping in this store. These chemicals not only coat clothing and hair, but also human lungs, blood vessels, and other tissues. These toxic chemicals are made from petroleum waste. Petroleum! Like the same black sludge that they make gasoline and motor oil out of, they also make perfume and laundry detergents from. Who would have thought? !
I feel ill from just being exposed for 10 minutes. I feel terrible and sorry for the people that have to work there all day, every day. My head hurts, I now have swollen eyelids, and am experiencing deep fatigue. Would it be legal for people to be smoking cigarettes in this store, and exposing others to secondhand smoke? ! Then why is it legal for these products to be emitting toxic chemicals all over shoppers; toxic chemicals which are linked to premature aging, adrenal fatigue, obesity, thyroid disease, infertility, reproductive disease, respiratory disease, nervous system damage, cancer, and other chronic illnesses? Ohhhhh, I get it, you want your clients sick… I mean you are literally a drug store that can sell them some remedy to “cure” their ailments brought on by being in your store.

Stopped in to buy a few items. Waiting in line to pay. A girl approaches and asks if I was paying cash, and, if not, would I use self check out. I asked her if I would get my senior discount using self check out and she said “yes, she could help me”, so I left the check out line to do self check out.

…. Long story short I didn’t get my senior discount. According to the girl who got me to change lanes it was my fault because: I didn’t have an optimum card (I did), and also I told her I didn’t want the discount (I certainly never said that). And no, she couldn’t help me.

So, clearly it was my fault - my fault for shopping there. My fault for believing the employee. My fault for moving to self check out at her request. Won’t happen again. Why would I shop somewhere that treats me like dirt.

Tami's great at customer service One of the things I got from Superhost training is to try to provide customer service without giving away any or much of product or funds and fair treatment is all anyone is expecting; not many real reasons to ever crossover to rudeness

Horrible place to go for your prescriptions. Staff is changing so often that even if you’ve been there for ten years they don’t even know you and treat you sketchy when asking for an emergency refill. Honestly, find another smaller business pharmacy. Cause shoppers doesn’t care about anyone.

Today I walked around the Beauty section with a paper bag which held my prescriptions that I picked up. I was stalked by security and the lady working in the Beauty section. They were always 4 feet away from me no matter where I went. Unfortunately, Shoppers lost a sale because I was looking for a cologne for my husband. Due to the stalking I left the store. They made me feel like a theif. Not ok! Better training is needed. Not everyone is a theif.

If you have any mental health concerns. Do not visit This pharmacy. They are insanely horrible. I’m on plan g and shoppers will not recognize it. My doctor and the mental health hotline asked me to call save on foods pharmacy immediately and they had all the answers. Shoppers clearly will not help if the person is getting help through the mental health act. Which is extremely dangerous
