Lineups for pharmacy and post office are always super long but the customer service is always great

Was completely embarrassed at the pharmacy till with a voucher from mcfd, I came in before, got what I needed from the pharmacy and was able to use the remaining $ on things we needed but, today I was unable to do so and was under the impression that I was able to use the voucher for my things after speaking with the manager, Manager took it, walked away and then said I had to pay for it all after he said I could. The customer service was less than poor today. This situation could've been handled alot differently without my niece and I being embarrassed infront of a bunch of customers.do better.

I love coming here, the staff is very friendly and they have a wide variety of beauty products

Prices are insane at this place. Good old Galen Jr. Some of the old women in there are super cranky and need a snickers bar to calm down.

After 8 years of shopping here and using this as my pharmacy, I'm moving my business elsewhere. There's always a long line to pick up scripts, and there seems to be no sense of urgency. Once you finally get up to the till, they have to finger through all the prescriptions to find yours; every-time! I would have thought we'd have a decent filling system in place to help save your customers time. The overall customer service has gone done, and is still sinking, so for this reason, I'm taking my business else and would suggest others do too.

Feel ripped off and ignored. Bought a tv on sale from this location and used months of Optimum points to help offset the cost. The unit broke down after 6 weeks and after fighting with the manufacturer for some time got a check back for the $$$'s spent.but not the points used. Sent a letter to the store owner to ask if he would help in getting my points refunded as the tv was defective. Not even so much as a peep in response. Even a "no" would have been better than being ignored. And then, after them being out of a particular item for multiple visits had to resort to checking on Amazon only to discover it was $12 versus the $21 SDM was charging. I way prefer shopping locally and supporting my local retailers, but seriously, you can't be over 50% more than the online guys. A couple of bucks, okay.but $9? No way. Makes me wonder what else I should be buying elsewhere. Irving, ya done goofed. You should have answered my letter.

Great Shoppers. Super staff. Again though, like the Sav-On adjacent, the parking lot is a disaster. Too small. Badly designed.

Went to go look for some skin care products and makeup, didn’t know where the baskets were so my hands were a little full. My bag was falling off my shoulder so I went to adjust it. An employee came up to me and asked if they could get me a basket, I told them I’d really appreciate it. They took the items and then told me they’d be holding on to them for me. Felt uncomfortable so went for lunch then came back to get what I needed. Intercom kept saying to check security cameras, the employee kept walking up to me and talking with other employees. Eventually I went to try to go pay for my things, the employee came up to me, took my things, and told me I’m no longer allowed shopping at shoppers. When I asked why they said that management said I’m no longer allowed at shoppers. Sucks because that’s where my pharmacy is. Felt like I was treated as a criminal. Two stars because some of the employees are kind people! I will no longer be going to shoppers after that incident.

Good experience in this store with Pamela in beauty salon. She found the best perfume that i like she was so sweet. I will be back to buy more again.
I wasn't looking for any specific perfume. But she found exactly what i wanted.

Never had a pick up prescription take the amount of time to complete in my life. Arrived at 6pm and wasn't served until 630 and then wasn't given all my meds so I had to literally run back and then run to my work camp bus spot. I had 1 hr to complete this routine pickup. When the woman ahead was taking all that time I was never once offered assistance from another pharmisist. If it wasn't the only place for my program I'd instantly seek another pharmacy. Unfortunately I'll be forced to return as I work here

I wish I could give no stars! This SDM has really gone down the tubes since Rob is no longer there. Easily the worst pharmacy in FSJ. Two weeks ago, I was notified of a prescription running out and asked the pharmacy to request new from the doctor. Twice, I got emails that they are still working on it. The last was 8 days ago. Can't get through on the phone. I hate going in there because there are always long lines of customers, and no one from the back could be bothered to deal with them. I am so done.

Attention All Patients: avoid the pharmacy. They will take your doctor prescription and call to intimidate him or her to change your prescriptions or the dose as they like. They also take days and weeks to fill your prescription. All of them at this pharmacy are engineering every prescription as they like. The owner, the pharmacists and the helpers are all involved in the scheme. This happened to me and many others in FSJ

The tharmacy needs to get more organised, watching them run around looking through piles of bags for ten minutes trying to find a prescription, to be told to wait 10-20 minutes so they can find it. Plus, we can hear what you say behind the counter.

I was just on hold for 30 minutes waiting to speak with the pharmacy. I finally hung up and called direct to customer service who answered and got someone from pharmacy. She tried to tell me that the had this incredibly long line up. Really? On a Saturday night? Thank goodness there is a new drug store in town - I'll go there next time.

Customer service in Canada is very poor in general, but seems in Shopers are the most unpleasant and rude sell-assistants ever! I was willing to buy for more then 180 dollars stocks today at Fort Saint John. Though I bought only 68 dollars, cause they never learned how to sell and gain customers! I wasn't offered any samples, that they are keeping for themselves!

Terrible pharmacy help and employees attitudes towards there customers is pretty unfortunate, i just was trying to get help and the lady who helped me seemed very miserable hope they get better…

Friendly staff clean and bright only issue is the parking I Dredd going here only because it is terrible for parking

Good luck getting through on the phone.
Multiple attempts to call throughout the day. Get put on hold and eventually get transferred back to the main menu to get put on hold again.
Does this multiple times until you just give up.
Seems the staff here don't want to answer the phones to help people.
