Shoppers Drug Mart

I don’t write negative reviews at all but this is what everyone should know. I just called to ask if they have photo ID station there, the lady who answered is extremely rude, she answered “no” and hung up on me without even asking if there’s anything I else I need to know. I would (-) negative rating if I could for HER customer service. I don’t know about other employees but she should’ve taught how to treat individuals in customer service. I hope the management keep track of reviews.

Really poor customer service at this location. The store supervisors are not knowledgeable, don’t show any compassion, and create inconvenience where there doesn’t need to be. If you’re able to, just head to the other Shoppers at Fraser and 30th for much better customer service!

Today I came to this exact shoppers drug mart with a friend as a student who attends a high school near by. I was very disappointed with the security guard, as he was being very obvious with tailing us all around the store. As a regular customer I feel very uncomfortable, and harassed in a way. Every time I set foot in this place I am always followed, and I acknowledge that they are trying to do their job but profiling any teenager thinking they look suspicious is wrong. This comes off very unprofessional as we believe that they should be more subtle about this, letting us customers remain comfortable shopping. Earlier today, as me and my friend left the guard stopped walking around and just stood there because there weren’t any teens inside anymore. I feel the security should be aware that not only teenagers can steal but as well as adults, or any age group.

I was looking for a passport photo studio and on line was written that they have it. They don't! Wrong information, should be corrected.

Guess no one works the front counter or comes when the bell is rang. Shame i was trying to buy things too

I have my prescription at 6305 Fraser Street. I find the pharmacists there very knowledgeable and helpful when I have, questions about my prescriptions. They take every prescription I take into consideration before they explain things to me. Always making sure that the information they give me is in my best interest. It’s nice to have that kind of support when you are taking some prescriptions that I will have to take for the rest of my life. Glad to have access to that in my neighbourhood

Went to get prescription and some juice post dental surgery. Went in to pay and get my parking reimbursed, paid 3$ for a minimum parking of 75 mins, i got 1$ as a refund.
Very curious I asked for the manager, Mayank. He said we only reimburse a minimum of a dollar and i asked why are the boards outside not mentioning it then. I told him this is false information
Manager's answer- We will change the boards then.everyone knows. I asked who is everyone? He says all of our regular customers know. The attitude and the service i got was absolutely frustrating, mind you i was still in pain post surgery.

Guess if you are not their REGULAR CUSTOMER, you don't get a good service

No respect for customer.
They market their product prices wrong and when I questioned them why have this product priced wrong he started talking rudely in-fact telling me that he cant see the whole store pricing. If ur the manager then at least make sure the product has right pricing.
Never gonna go back

If there was a zero-start option that is what I would give these guys. Such a horrible customer service experience when trying to make a return of an unused product with original proof of purchase (The product was purchased less than two weeks ago). Buy your over-the-counter medicines at London Drugs or Costco but do yourself a favor and stay away from Shoppers, especially at this location!
