Absolutely wonderful pharmacy and staff. I’ve only ever had to be prescribed a few medications over the years. For minor issues.

However for the last couple of years I have been taking an antidepressant. Which has been wonderfully helpful in managing my mental health.

Anytime I’ve had questions or concerns. The pharmacist (or staff) is readily able to help answer whatever has been needed.

Keep up the great work everyone. I really appreciate feeling supported and educated.

I am not the one to complain alot! Yesterday i went for some cosmetics shopping for lipstick and eyeliner. When i was shopping, i was seeing lipsticks colours and some of them were broken inside. After spending around 5-7 minutes, an old lady (employee) came to me and rudely told me that I can't open the product. Here, i am not complaining about why she said so.but i am complaining about the approach she used to say so. Secondly, when doing cosmetics shopping, what are we suppose to do if products are broken from inside.if we don't check it before purchase, we don't want to regret buying it. And my another question is why products were not sealed if customers are not suppose to check it. Anyhow, that was first and last visit in that store.as there is nothing wrong in saying we can't open it.they should learn how to say things in a positive way. I opened the products which were not sealed, i didn't test them and some them of were broken.my answer was what are we suppose to do.otherwise we end up returning the items which are broken or not suitable!

The store is ok, but I've had pretty awful experiences with the pharmacy. Prescriptions taking several days, getting lost, and being charged for things that should have been covered either due to their dispensing fees or them doing claims incorrectly and not taking the time to fix it. Also pretty poor customer service/attitudes. Switchedd to London drugs pharmacy and haven't had to pay anything for any of my prescriptions since, and they are fast.

Not able to help me with an emergency refill when my doctor made a mistake with my prescription.

The pharmacy dept made me feel so ashamed of my coverage by the way they spoke to me. As if people with other types of coverage are more worthy of respect. Sadly it was 2 different staff members who made me feel this way so definitely not a one off situation

They don’t really answer the phone all that often i usually have to call a handful of times before they actually answer even when the stores not busy and im not sure why but it seems they always manage to not get the faxes from doctors offices or they end up loosing them a lot i’ve had a lot of back and forths with calling them then my doctors office just trying to get the prescription to go through to shoppers. (my doctors never had many problems sending prescriptions to pretty much any other pharmacy this only seems to happen super often with shoppers) which kinda sucks because some of the staff are super nice and that’s the only reason i haven’t switched to a different pharmacy yet but it seems just everything there has been getting worse so it might be time to switch.
