Amazing service from the pharmacist - January 27 - 9.30am.
I do not live in Kelowna so I am not known to this pharmacy. - had surgery the day before and this pharmacist went out of his way to help me and gave me outstanding customer service! He printed a calendar outlining my medication schedule and explained it all so well.
The store was clean and well stocked and it was an awesome experience.

Came in here to find good makeup for me because I have an allergy to most makeup & every eye makeup I’ve tried so far has made my eyes swell up but the beautician that recommended the mascara to me did amazing I’ve had no issues at all & im so happy I can wear eye makeup again I will be returning as much as possible & recommending everyone to this location. She was also very nice & helpful thanks so much shaheena your amazing!

This particular location needs to do more to protect its staff and patrons. We have seen things from floor staff get into altercations with shop lifters, to intimidating drugged out shoplifters going off in the store while terrified staff are alone to deal. There is never any management or proactive help for these staff members. We don’t go here anymore.

Their customer service is terrible. The ladies working in cosmetics were rude as they denied to gave me staff discount. They need to do better.

My friends and I had Heather help us look for perfume and other items and she was amazing! Very bubbly and fun experience, Heather is a great asset to your company!:)

I love going there for my Chanel Cosmetics. Not only is their point system, 20% seniour days, and redemption events unbeatable - but amazing women that work there is what keeps me coming back. Carrie, Corbie, and Tory are wonderful and offer top-tier service to cleints. THANK YOU!

One of the best shoppers pharmacies I have ever been to! All staffs are super friendly and helpful!

Rude cashiers when you can actually find one. Except the shorter black hair lady that has to run around like a chicken with her head cut off trying to put out the fires caused by everyone else.

Between the hazardous poorly designed parking-lot and the creepy ignorant pharmacist here ill be switching my prescriptions to another location. Been dreading my trips here for quite a while. Not to mention the store is consistently out of stock and narrowing their selection by the day.

If you want to have your day ruined by negative vibes and negative energy just go talk to a pharmacy staff here. Mindless zombies that hate their lives …. Not sure how thats my fault.

The Shoppers Drug mart at Harvey Ave/Orchard Park location is consistently a bad adventure. We usually go to the Shoppers Drug mart on Bernard Ave - which is excellent in customer service, stocked shelves, friendly staff. But NOT SO at OP address. Convenience of location sent me there on 1 occasion looking for a pain med. After much waiting (no one else in line - just me) I finally spoke up and caught the attention of 1 of the pharmacists. He curtly made is clear that what I was looking for never existed, he's never heard of such a thing, end of story. I had not brought the container with me to show him as I didn't think it necessary. His demeanor was rude and dismissive. Last night we stopped again - looking for a few things. Upon asking a staff member where to locate an item - she simply said - "If you can't see it, we don't have it. " When asked again exactly WHERE it might be - she said "I don't know". And walked away. We eventually located it ourselves - an aisle away from where she was standing. Finally found our items - went to pay at the till - of which only 1 was open. A lineup was collecting, and the lone cashier was having difficulty helping a customer with a purchase (we saw at least 4 other staffers milling about in the area- not looking like they had anything to do except people watch) and I asked if they could open another till. I was abruptly (again - unfriendly curt reply) advised to use the self check tills. I said I wanted to use my points card and often had trouble scanning - so preferred staff managed check out. She (Tegan on name tag) said nothing, turned around and walked away. Staff is unfriendly, unknowledgeable, generally rude and indifferent. Our last visit to this location -: (1 star is too high a rating for this store)

I have a very severe perfume allergy and cannot be anywhere in or around this store. It is so potent that I have reactions even if I'm just around the entrance from the mall. I can usually hold my breath but not at this location (I only go and will hold my breath if we need to get meds or something late at night)
I'm sure I'm not the only one with this problem, and shoppers should change how they sell perfumes. They could at least put it somewhere away from the entrance.
I also quit getting my meds here. Now I go to Dyck's pharmacy where it's a 10 min wait instead of 6 hrs.
I also saw staff at this location deal very poorly with a transient man. The man was going to pay but they refused his service. The man ended up punching an employee, but they provoked it in my opinion. There was a lot of employees all yelling and trying to handle it when they could have been a lot calmer.

Today i buy some makeup product and I tell I want this product she give me open box product when I come home and check it’s open I am not happy to service

My wife has bronchitis and was i need of her refill, the pharmasist told her it would be an hour for her to get her refill.its just a bottle, not like they have to make anything.so we had to go to another phamacy and they gave it to her right away.seems like from the other reviews, this pharmacy doesnt care about people.poor service, and no concern about peoples health.very sad

TERRIBLE! Unorganized, slow and clueless! Save yourself the headache of waiting in line and go to another location with faster more reliable service!

I went to the Post office today and I said Hello to the staff working there but she was soo rude that she didn’t even greeted me and just said “we are closed”. I had a really bad experience as her behaviour spoiled my mood.

Yesterday (Oct 14/22) I was looking for a perfume. I had the most wonderful sales lady named Sandra in the Beauty Boutique. I have never had such amazing service in any beauty boutique in any Shoppers Drug Mart. She went above and beyond to help me find a perfume. Wonderful interpersonal skills, not pushy, truly was there to help me. It's nice to have that happen in this busy world. Thank you Sandra.

Pharmacy is an absolute joke. Tried to get an Rx filled for my mom (bronchial pneumonia) pharmacy demanded her ID. I could understand if it was a controlled substance, but this was penicillin. Her Rx had her PHN on it. Pharmacist wanted her to send a pic of her ID. Any idea on how hard it is to walk an Alzheimer’s patient through that on the phone? Lady you have absolutely no compassion.
Tell me you are on a powertrip without telling me you’re power tripping. Lost my other purchases as well (150$)
Never shopping again in this location, and will make sure I’m quite vocal to everyone I know about this.
