If I could give a negative review I would. Awful customer service and attention to detail. Staff is rude and disrespectful to customers, will not be shopping here again.

Staff are extremely rude, just horrible customer experience all together.

If I could give this a 0 star I would, but instead I can advise to stay away from this specific location.

Unless you want to be publicly humiliated, DO NOT GO HERE. I watched a women get belittled to tears in the parking lot infant of a crowd by the staff because the staff THOUGHT that she stole perfume sample bottles.assuming someone is stealing is already terrible enough but to FOLLOW HER OUTSIDE and yell at her into tears IN FRONT OF A CROWD? Not only is that unprofessional (AND ILEGAL) but is absolutely inhumane to do.the worst part was that all the perfume sample bottles were left in the store counter! The employees were simply too lazy to do their job and follow up with a customer, so they resorted to public harassment. I suggest that these employees get fired immediately, not only is that no way to treat a customer but its no way to treat any human. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.

I never write reviews, but this was one of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Will never be coming back. Staff are so rude.

My husband went to this pharmacy to pick up medicine at noon and was told that he would have to wait. Then after lunch, he went to the pharmacy to pick up medicine and was told that he still had to wait for an hour. Then my husband went home. In the evening, I passed the pharmacy and went to pick up medicine for my husband. Then Diak, the employee inside, told me that because it was handled by a different employee, I could either wait until tomorrow to pick up the medicine or wait another hour for him to prepare it for me. So, there is no communication at all among the Shoppers‘ staff? Then I called my husband at this time and asked him if I needed to pick it up today or tomorrow. My husband said it would be better today. At this time, I talked to another employee. However, after I told him the situation, I finally got the medicine right away. I was unhappy and told the employee that I wanted to know the name of the person just now, but Diak was very arrogant and gave me his name himself. I was told there was nothing wrong with Diak's work attitude. Good, so going to the Shoppers 3 or more times to pick up just one spray is acceptable by Shoppers, right? When I got home, I told my friend who works at Shoppers about this. She told me that Shoppers is currently very short of pharmacists, so they know that no matter how they treat customers, they will not be fired. Originally, I wanted to complain to the company about this employee, but now I feel it is unnecessary.

Margherita in the post office is incredible. She makes my day every time I come in. She deserves a raise!

Just last week picking up my prescription there, I had to deal with this Mona lady.not sure if she's a pharmacist or a technician but she was EXTREMELY rude and bitter. I got so scared by her angry face/tone that I didn't even bother asking questions. I don't know if the store will ever talk to her about proper customer service! I'm gonna consider going to another drug store!

The worst pharmacy I have ever been too. Every single time I get a prescription faxed to them it gets lost. When I come with a prescription filled out they wait until I leave to call me and tell me my medication is not available. They then tell me to call around at figure it out. If you have the option to not go to this pharmacy, do not go.

I went there tonight at 5: 55pm the doors were locked! We had to go in the exit door as the RUDE workers wouldn’t let us in the entrance… We needed just 1 item! All the workers were barking at us to leave before 6pm when “they close” we left before 6pm. TERRIBLE customer service! All workers were RUDE!

You’re open till 6pm so STAY OPEN! ….

This is by far the worst shoppers I’ve ever been to. Every place in Vancouver I have called in and had my meds ready the same day however just shoppers tells me that they won’t be available for two days which is the first time I’ve ever heard of that. On top of that Every time I’ve come here they said they have my prescription ready for a certain time and they never do and turn me away for two days leaving me without medication for two days. Very unprofessional service and the customer service people are very rude and make it seem like it’s your fault that the medication Arent ready. I will be changing to the lonsdale location as the customer service there is much better. 0/10 stars for this place

This morning I asked the manager o have tape available at the Canada Post register and she said I had to buy it. Al the luxury at the store and you can't provide a piece of tape? Really not happy with her attitude, it felt she was shaming me. Will try to avoid Shoppers as much as possible, and take my business to London Drugs

Since I live walking distance to this shoppers drug mart it seemed perfect to become my go to place; however, after my recent experience I will be avoiding this place.

I was on shopper drug mart online and saw the moisturizer I like on sale for $14. I decided I might as well just walk over and go buy the moisturizer in person. I walk in and find the same product (matching SKUs), except in-store the product is not marked down. I figure maybe they just forgot to mark it down or the tag fell off. So, I take the product up to the front and scan it at the self-serve checkout thinking it might come up at the $14 price. Low and behold, it came up at $24. I proceed to the cashier and show her the online product. She spends a minute or so verifying that the instore product is the same. She agrees that it is the same and so I ask her to please match the price. She then goes on to tell me that shoppers drug mart does not price match stores (probably the only big box store that does not). Anyways, I tell her I am not asking for a price match, I am just asking that she honor the price that shopper drugs has posted online. The cashier then (in an annoyed voice) tells me that shoppers drug mart online is not the same as shoppers drug mart in store and that since the store does not price match there is nothing she can do. At this point, the two customers behind me both make eye contact with me and we all shake our head in disbelief in how shoppers drug mart will not even honor their own prices.

This is the worst shoppers I have ever been to. The security guard was following me and my 2 friends around the store for about 30 minutes basically breathing on our necks. I had some makeup in my hands and we definitely didnt look like we were shoplifting. When we were looking at the drinks the security guard went up to us and rudely told us to go pay and then leave. Dont come here if you're a teenager or a young person.

This is the best Shoppers Drug Mart location I have ever been to hands down. I had the privilege of dealing with Marita & Vera a few days ago and I couldn't believe how high they raised the bar. To start, Marita was very helpful in helping my partner and I find everything we needed. She also collaborated with us and suggested fantastic gift ideas that made holiday shopping a breeze. I then inquired about an item that I saw on their website which was a limited edition item and she said they sold out and it was a very limited item. Marita then said she could ask to see if there is any stock left anywhere to order in. Then she introduced me to Vera. Vera managed to source one from a store that was an hour away and then she called and made sure they physically checked to see if they had it as it was showing only one. I was ecstatic but the experience doesn't stop there. Vera offered to go out of her way and pick it up from the other location on her own time and bring it to this location the following day and hold onto it for me. The next day Vera notified me that she has it on hold for me. I then asked if I could use my points and she said yes, in fact she said there is a bonus redemption event coming up and she can extend the hold until the bonus redemption event for me. It doesn't stop there though. Vera also mentioned on that specific day there is an event for that brand and she also added the same branded pouch, and a bunch of deluxe samples (larger than the regular sizes), and also gift wrapped everything with matching branded wrapping paper and bag and set it aside ready for me to pick up. I really can't recall the last time I had a shopping experience that made me feel this valued and special. I just had to take the time to write this thorough review and give credit where it is due. Dont shop at this shoppers if your a teenager or a preteen or actually even a adult employee's are rude and follow you around the store and as i was leaving an employee said “check the cameras” because we looked at makeup then left? A security guard kicked me and my friends out for walking down a isle? ! Security is rude and I’ve spent hundreds of dollars at this shoppers to be treated badly DONT SHOP THERE!

I have spent hundreds of dollars at this particular shoppers. It’s my favourite store, or used to be. I am 12 years old, and I get all my makeup and snacks here. The last month of coming I have been disrespected and harassed by various employees. My first experience was when a male security guard told my friends to get out when we had cash in our hands and were on the way to the register. I myself have never thought I looked like a shoplifter, and I never will shoplift. Another time, the same man followed me around store even though I was visibly uncomfortable. Today was my last straw. A female employee followed myself and my friend down each isle and asked us if we stole. I showed her my pockets and said “Do I look like I stole? ” and shook my head. My friend and I, now frustrated, left the store and heard on our way out, “check the security cameras for proof. ” Do it shoppers. Prove yourselves wrong. Never shopping and supporting you again.

Agree with the other comments about the agressive security guard and make up section staff. The security guard will stand and basically breathe down your neck til you leave and the makeup staff use aggressive sales tactics you can’t even go and look without them basically yelling at you what product you should buy. Even when you ask them to leave you alone they continue to lecture you on your choice of product. Perhaps they should take their own advice as the last one had a big orange makeup line around her neck.
