I went on beauty boutique today and the Chinese attended didn’t attend me properly. When I asked her that I want to try a perfume she said yes its there, NO! No any other shopper’s attendant do that thing they always spray on paper and then give to customer to check fragrance. After saying that thing she just left I wanted to check more perfumes and wanted to ask its price and some details. BUT she left without asking. Why she did that because I am not canadian or Chinese thatswhy? Maybe she was to busy in doing shomthing instead of attending customers which should be her priority.
I am going to boycott this one. That’s it

My wife and I have been in this Shoppers many many times, the customer service downstairs was usually so-so. However, all this changed this past weekend. Alex was incredible! They were very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The Branch needs to have Alex train the other staff. Well done Alex!

Bought a charging block here and brought home, plugged it in to my tablet and it did not work. I tried with another cable, did not work. Brought the unit back 2 hours later and was told no refunds or exchanges.

They sold me a defective item and then told me it's my issue.

Will never shop at any Shoppers again, better option everywhere. Best Buy took back a $500 monitor that was actually functioning the other day, I just changed my mind and Shoppers can't refund or exchange a broken $30 adapter.

There were 2 staff chatting in cash register when I enter the shop. They saw me in but didn't greet or help when I was searching a product there.

After a while one left away and the guy approached me, when I about to pay he (I think his colleague called him Alex), told me that I have to buy $5 more to get a bonus.
So I search around for matching the price. When I was back in the cash register he was busy with other customer and went away. I wait.and wait.and wait.he never returned so the security staff helped me calling another staff to come down and handle my purchase.

Turned out the bonus Alex told me is not registered on the receipt, wonder why, I have been using the optimum barcode since forever to get points without any problem.

By this time Alex and another staff were back there but they are chatting away again. The other staff told me that I should have the Optimum app to get the bonus points, not just the card barcode. I have to download it on the spot while they refund my purchase and redo the transaction again. I was in a hurry and downloading an app takes time!

At that moment, the cash register didn't work and she couldn't log in, Alex was asked to put his code or something on the screen bcs the purchase was counted under his service.

He was becoming so rude to the other staff and me, as if he shouldn't be bothered by a customer purchase while he was busy with nothing. He was even banged the cabinet drawer and answered decent questions with very rude attitude. He was then walked away left the other staff and me with an unexplained process. Alex was showing a very disrespectful attitude.

I lost interest of purchasing and left after the other staff refunded the money back to my credit card. I never had a shop staff banging drawers like that for his own misinformation and purchase trouble (computer mistake) like that, plus the optimum card barcode didn't work, all a very bad service in this shop!

Arrived to this store 5 minutes before closing (9: 55) and the door was locked. The security guard talked to the front attendant and let me in to buy my baby’s formula. Went straight upstairs and in my way back she said they could take my order because I just had cash on me and the till was closed. What a nonsense? ! The store should follow the business hours as published and don’t discriminate by the method of payment. Or just put a well written note saying NO CASH AFTER 9: 45pm.

Been shopping at shoppers for quite some times and I always love to go in this location. Khushan always gives exceptional service and always greet and ask if you need anything. Been recommending my friends to come at this location and they're also happy with the service.

Today I went to return something and their system was frozen, the cashier named Karla said that it’s my card issue and made me call my bank (turns out it’s not my card issue) she said I need to go to other branches and also return the samples that I got with them. Absolutely terrible customer service. I’ll make sure no one in my family shops at Shoppers anymore.

I would like to thank Kelly, the cosmetics manager, for her considered, intelligent and friendly service. Sorry to find out that SDM is discontinuing the Nude by Nature line but was lucky that Kelly found a few of the lipsticks i was looking for.

Extremely unprofessional pharmacist working this evening at 9pm. I stood at the counter for a few minutes, making my presence obvious. She did not acknowledge me, then picked up a phone call, I waited for her to finish, she continued to ignore me. I asked if she's free, she said, "I'm very busy, what do you want? "
I guess your job isnt here to support customers then?

I visit this store often but today I was there to return one of the products and I was greeted by a girl named Priya who seemed rude and it felt like I am there to return product owned by her and not by Shoppers or the brand. She had an attitude and told me that I may not be able to return it because I am only 3 days away from 30-day return policy. I believe 30 days return policy is there for a reason and I should be able to return the products even on the 29th day… wasn’t a good experience at all!

Nice place with a varieties of products and brands but the price is not to cheap compared with buying directly from that store with membership and promotion.

The pharmacy staff, headed by the ever charming pharmacy manager, Sunshine, is amazing! They're prompt, friendly, very helpful and knowledgeable. Superb customer service!

Their professional attitude and willingness to walk me through the huge selection of products in order to provide me with what I need is highly appreciated. For all your beauty needs and skin care needs, refer to Claudia as she has extensive knowledge of the inventory as well as the products themselves.

Very nice store layout and very friendly customer service, the manager (or supervisor Indian young man) Kashimu is a very polite and warm-hearted man offering help to find what I want.and also training the other young cashier Brian how to deal with customer proper way.what a great job they did. I will definitely visit here again.

This store is the worst in assisting customers. Specifically the beauty section. Either they chat with each other or they simply don’t have any knowledge in properly assisting customers. Please train the staff so that they’re able to deal with questions properly.

Went to this Shoppers this evening with my partner who was upstairs picking up a few bits. I specifically went to this shoppers to visit the beauty botique as it is one of the best in terms of variety and selection in Vancouver. I wanted to get a full set of new makeup, foundation, finishing powder, eye shadows, eye liner. As I knew I would like alot of help from the makeup sales counter I specifically went at this time so as the store would be quiet. I was standing over by the make up section waiting for help, the girl approached me and I asked her to color match me. Straight away she was like "no, no, we dont color match due to covid", she said she could suggest a color based on looking at my skin. Anyone who has ever bought foundation knows this is not going to work. I dont want to spend $70+ on a foundation that doesnt match my color or suit my skin type or the type of coverage I want. I've been to other shoppers where I have been color matched since covid started. Even if she didnt want to touch me she could have allowed me to apply the product myself and advised me on the same. Like, this level of service is very basic when selling makeup, it's the nature of the job. So disappointing, we left without buying a single thing, my partner put all his items back. This beauty boutique has great variety, is very well laid out and always impeccably clean and to be fair we have received great service here in the past, just not on this visit.

Terrible customer service. The lady at the beauty boutique was really not nice. I went in there looking for a specific brand of spf as it’s not available in regular shoppers. As soon as I entered the store, she looks at me and without even asking what I am looking for, says “You looking for shoppers? It’s upstairs “. Anyway I visited shoppers and came back down and continued to browse the beauty boutique but this lady just wouldn’t let me. She yelled “ what are you looking for? ” and followed me around. So then I told her the product name and she picks it up and walks right to the billing counter as if to say stop browsing around. The spf was expensive (66$) so I asked for a sample since I hadn’t tried it before and in case it doesn’t suit my skin, I could return the original. She refused to provide me a sample and said I had to make more purchases to get one. I bought it anyway. Unfortunately, it doesn’t suit my skin and I have now wasted money on it. I will never shop here again. Please replace your beauty staff with more empathetic and less judgemental humans.

I much prefer shoppers drug mart over london drugs. I get their names mixed up often when speaking about them, but it's impossible to mix them up at the store - especially when you look at the prices. They have a decent selection of supplements and a wide selection of makeup. The location is great, and the chain is a favourite for 1-off grocery shopping.

About a month ago I went to the beauty boutique of this shoppers to find a Clarins tinted sun screen. There were to ladies there working, one was Iranian called Naz and the other one was from south America maybe, dark with curly hair. The Iranian woman had no idea about the products! She checked and told me they do not have it and LEFT! Then I asked the other lady if they could show me similar products! She was the manager apparently because she asked Naz to show me other products! Naz was so confused she went around the stores looked at different products and showed me one! I asked Naz whether the product was oil free and she said there should be written on it and then SHE LEFT! OMG!

I went to the perfume section and was looking around, then came to me staring and following me like I was stealing something! I asked her if there is any discount on Channel perfumes since I was going to buy a gift and she said these perfumes are all new and we do not have discounts on new perfumes. I was SHOCKED! I explained to her calmly that I had the same perfume 2 years ago and I want to buy it again so this is not a new one and asked if she could double check it. But she again TURNED HER BACK to me, AND LEFT without saying a word! She was unbelievable! I was about to cry in the store! I went to her manager and explained what happend, but manager looked at Naz with a smile like I was nobody there like I did not existed there! I asked what is your names? ! Naz said why do you want to know? She was extremely rude! Then another customer came and asked the manager a question and both Naz and manager "TURNED THEIR BACK TO ME" although I was talking, and started talking to the new customer! Despite all the upsetting emotions I had at that moment I waited and asked again: what is your name? And she said Naz! These two women are horrible people! I am not talking about their lack of professionalism! Because it was obvious they had no idea what they were doing and where they were working! I am talking about lack of character and manners!

Never thought I would ever write a review for a Shoppers beauty boutique since they are almost always pretty welcoming, helpful and professionals! These two are from another planet thought.when I arrived home and my boyfriend asked how are you? I started crying so hard and he said we need to go to that store tomorrow and talk to someone! I was like never wanna go back there!

I've been to this location a few times and Sammi has always been the first to ask me if I need help with anything. Even when I poured too much toner she was there in the blink of eye with a cotton pad. She's always super helpful, knowledgable and attentive. Everyone at the store is very pleasant as well. Out of all the Shoppers in the Lower Mainland, this one is in the top bracket for me in terms of customer service.

Was visiting from SK and needed to refill a prescription. Expected this to be an impossible task but instead it was handled smoothly and efficiently by pharmacist Henry. Two months later after pitching the receipt the insurance company audited my claim and asked for original receipts. Called and Henry again was awesome to deal with, faxed me the receipt and even called to follow up that I had received the fax. Overall extremely satisfied with the pharmacy at store 2245!

Hi, if anyone see this review from shoppers please be mindful how you present yourself. May 4th around 4pm me and my boyfriend walked inside to the shoppers there was this good age mature lady was standing on Chanel counter. She looked at us, eye to eye contact we smiled her reaction was completely not welcoming just ignored us like we are no body. Well we actually came for Chanel perfume. So, we just walked straight and here she scream “Chanel yes what you want. ” I looked at her smiled and said “Hi, looking for travel size Chanel perfume I just saw at broadway shoppers 35ml and travel size. Jeez, she laughed and said I’m head of shoppers Chanel from last 10 or 11 years I have never seen them if you saw them so they would be expired product, ewww I will never put those on my product wall. This whole sentence was soo rude and aggressive I literally didn’t understand what just happened why she talked soo rude and all time staring at us, didn’t greet us. We left. And when we were walking away I noticed she was talking to one of the Asian lady pointing at us and was laughing. Well we walked to Hudson Bay and told them all this. Damn, they were shook.
Well lady was very nice, showed us all small travel size perfume and 35 ml package.
I just can’t believe how someone this mature and head position person could be this rude and mean. Shameful! It was very insulting. I haven’t seen any customer service like this.

10 people working at the cosmetics counter, then another 6 on the main store floor, then one pharmacist trying to get through the never ending line of customers at the pharmacy. Help your dude out Shoppers, give him an assistant or something.

I just have to say, I've been using the pharmacy here for a while now and I just have to give a shout out to their team. They are amazing, helpful and compassionate. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!

While it’s on a busy street downtown, it’s not that busy inside and you almost always get quick and good service.
