Shoppers Drug Mart

Shout out to the Post Office employee who informed me that there is a Soft Moc store Location to make a return in Nanaimo because I was unhappy with cost of shipping it back. Yeh it cost more to drive to Nanaimo but I left with another pair of shoes.

Ironically, I wouldn't recommend this store for drugs. They make you shop for a half hour while pretending to be sooooo backlogged with work. (Pro Tip: hire another person? They do, however, have great deals on food and sundries.

The pharmacists at this location are quite good to deal with. Their service is quite often above & beyond the call of duty. I recommend the Shoppers Drug Mart at Tyee Plaza to everyone.

Despite having a giant light up 5'x5' sign on their building that says "OPEN UNTIL 10PM" they apparently close at 6pm on Sunday. I was staying the DI next door and was counting on going here to get some food & drinks since it was within walking distance. The giant sign on the storefront lead me to believe I had all night to get there and when I arrived at 6: 07pm to the locked doors and security telling me it closes at 6 I was quite shocked. Maybe remove or cover up your large, illuminated false sign. Thanks.

Bad customer service at the pharmacy. Actually quite horrible service.from Wendy. As a loud person with very bad anxiety I find it quite rude how I was treated. You can tell someone to be quiet in a kind and respectful way. Please and thank you.

Really impressed with the pharmacy at this location. I am always shocked at the efficiency of the pharmacists and how personable they are. There's a pharmacy tech that could use some sensitivity training amongst other things but as a whole this is how all pharmacies should operate. The rest of the store is just average aside from the gentleman in cosmetics who is awesome.

Reliable source of gifts for women. We shop here quite often and its a little pricey but high quality usually is.

Sale every Saturday, Senior's day every Thursday and now does Optimum points (same as Superstore)

Went in there today and staff are very nice and helpful and they accept PC Optimum Cards. But There is Edwards Adaptabuzzer in the Ceiling and They are Loud Beware!

Wonderful location! The ladies in the beauty department have taken the absolute best care of me. Always giving me extra samples and treating me like gold even in my work clothes!

To the dude giving them one star because of them not letting a non patron use the washroom, what was wrong with the tourist bathroom 50 steps from the front door? They have to deal with an enormous amount of junkies in that area bathroom restrictions are a liability concern.
