Worst pharmacy in the area. Staff are so rude and incompetent. My doctor faxed them my prescription 3 times on Wed, 4 times on Thurs and they just didn't get it. My doctor then emailed me bc I'm 27 weeks pregnant and fell down the stairs and was in the ER. They didn't accept that one. It's been 2 days already and I still can't get any medication. I'm now switching as I spoke to the pharmacist who's the owner and all he did was blame my doctors fax machine and gave me no solutions. My doctor literally confirmed that all faxes went thru.

Never answered the phone calls at pharmacy. It takes several hours to get hold. Lady at the front with short height and grey is really unprofessional, racists, miss behaving, even she look at the patient in the line she gives a look and ignore. I see so many bad comments for her but she is still working there. Management should take action against her. Please and thank you. I hope this helps a lot of people and not to use this pharmacy.

I went in today to get a COVID test kit and asked the younger east Indian lady behind the pharmacy counter if I could get one. She points to a unknown area near me and mumbles something. I didn't understand what she said so I asked her to come and show me. She rolled her eyes and walked away as the older lady that works at pharmacy yells at me "it's in the stand right in front of you! "
They are consistently rude, and yet the manager / owner still does NOTHING about it, well perhaps leave a generic comment after each complaint on here.
On another note, I too was excited about this location getting a post office but alas the woman that works there full time is beyond rude and just seems miserable.
Maybe the manager and or owner needs to extend their probation period or something.

Hi

I visited store two days back at cedar hills. Theres a CSR JOSLEEN, she is super rude and doesnot even know how to serve people.

I went to get my mosturiser returned after 2 days as i was getting rashes and when i told her this she said i have all the rights to say no to anything. Upon asking about manager, she said she doesnot know when she is in store even the next day. I mean she is clearly paid for her job but shes super rude and went to another shoppers store, they returned the product without asking me even a single question.

This isnot my first experience with her that went bad, previously also this happened, we consider that we all have bad days but her behaviour, how she interacts with her clients is intolerable.

JOSLEEN should learn some soft skills even if she might be right at her place, this behaviour everytime is not TOLERABLE. She doesnot even bother to show things to public if anyone asks her multiple times to show, she just points out the corners or places that you might can find a product over there.

I bought a watch that didn't work and they told me that they don't do returns on watches even though the bottom of the receipt says return within 30 days if not satisfied. I was going to take the watch home (before I found out that the watch was broken they told me no refunds so I accepted that and left with it) but as soon as I got out to the parking lot I saw it didn't work (was faulty) so I went back to return it but they tried to refuse again, and said that the box had to be in good condition, how are you supposed to take a Watch out of a box without wrecking it? Those things are packed tightly, anybody with any level of decent customer service would've said yeah I will return it for you no problem, but not Sheera. I worked in customer service for many years (in a higher class store) and I would never treat a customer that way. If they wanted something returned id automatically say yes absolutely- no questions asked. The situation of the return is also a irrelevant if you're dissatisfied within 30 days (says on the receipt) and that's how I was trained at my customer service job. I have to argue with them to get a refund. If the watches are not refundable put a damn sign on the stand and don't print it on the receipt. Does the 30 day buyers remorse not exist at shoppers? I want to know what despicable customer service training they give to these employees.
Thankfully my mom was with me (who happens to be a typical grocery store Karen when she wants to be), otherwise I'll be sitting here with a brand new $18 nonfunctional watch, i'm the type that would've cut my losses-_-

My doc sent my prescription to this pharmacy three days ago I went in same day to ask for my prescription but they said it will take 24 hours for fax medicine to prepare and we will call you when it's ready then after 24 hours I call them to ask and they said it's not ready yet we will call you when it's ready and now it's been three days still didn't get the call and waiting for my medicine.i am very disappointed their staff is so rude and so unprofessional never going back to this pharmacy again.

Never had a problem here until recent. I get my medication at the the pharmacy regularly. In December the pharmacist person working at the counter informed me that I didn't have a refill left after my last pickup. They said they could give a year of refills since they have the power to now which I agreed to instead of going through the hassle of booking an appointment with my family doctor. Fast forward to January. I was told no ill have to talk to my doctor for to get a new prescription prescribed to me. They didn't honor what they told me. Very unprofessional. I don't feel guilty either for paying in change during the 2020 pandemic.

I had very bad experience with the girl name Aman. She is very Rude and mean. Customer service is joke, specially Aman, even when they have item in-stock she would lie to you on your face and say No and insult you in front of other customers if she doesn't like you. I would never go back to this store till manager or owner takes action against this girl name Aman and teach her how to talk to customer and be Nice

This place is always understaffed and seems to go through a lot of turnover. They don't have cashiers anymore, and expect use to use the self checkout and not even offering a discount to customers for their cutbacks on staff. They also have at least two security guards on shift, mostly by the exit. Here's an idea, instead of having two people working security, have two cashiers, you won't have frustrated people refusing to use the machine wanting to leave with their unpaid items because you'll have cashiers readily available at both spots of the store readily available at their checkout. Security guards aren't physically capable of stopping a thief, and so anyone who has the plan to commit theft will do it anyway.

Used to work at this location. Horrible manager. Was told I needed the flu shot while working there but didn't realize that I have MS and it was triggered by the shot. Ended up in hospital not knowing why or what was happening but when I informed my manager that I was in the hospital, she demanded a picture of me in the hospital or a picture of the hospital bracelet. She was extremely rude and just flat out nasty to me while I was dealing with a horrible situation that changed the rest of my life forever. I have now come to learn that this is a violation to even ask that. I was only required to give a note confirming of my stay in the hospital. She was one nasty lady to work for and I feel as though she has done this to more people than me. Hope karma comes around for horrible excuses for humans such as this fine piece of works.

Customer service is terrible and security just follows you around and is very obvious about it too. I understand they are doing their job but it's a little insulting when they follow you to each aisle and watch as you shop. At least be a little less blatant about it.

So.i went there last week and asked one of the employee "do you have surgical masks? " and he didn't even listen.i asked him again and he said " I don't know! " like man, you work there you should know! I was really bad experience.

It is very sad to even be posting this. I called the pharmacy today to get emergency blood pressure pills. Shoppers delivers as they have the delivery options. Because I owed 70 cents after my insurance they refuse to do that and I had been coming there for over 5 years and they made so much money off me. Great to see how on purpose they are. For 70 cents they rather put my health at risk. How unethical. Words can’t describe how pathetic this experience this was. I will never go to that pharmacy again. I had to give it one star as they don’t have anything below one star.

The most overpriced store in Canada. Their "sales" cost more than superstore's regular price on the exact same product.how is that even possible? To top it off, this location only has 1 cashier, sometimes non even during busy hours.no wonder everyone does their shopping on Amazon these days.

They put a product on sale with an end date.then they just decide to stop the sale and won't honour the original date.e. G.presidents choice bacon $1.99 until August 19.now the bacon is back at regular price. I have a pic the ad.they won't honour.very bad customer service

Always check your receipt before leaving, I ranked it one star because I purchased 3 items but when I checked the receipt they have charged me for the additional item I haven't purchased and even not deducted the discounted item' price. So upset by this.

Worst phone manners I've ever come across, the lady at customer service who picked up the phone at 4: 15pm on February 26th 2019 was extremely rude.
