Shoppers Drug Mart

This is not the best place to do your prescriptions medication.

You give the prescription, they promise to get ready, when you came on the schedule time, even the prescription can be found, no one knows where they left.

Really disappointing and frustrating.

I don’t recommend this pharmacy at all.

Dear Jacob kindly learn this by heart before You confirm your customer over a phone call that Canada post is open and they drive 10 kms with big package to ship

This product is $39.99 at LD and $67.99 at SD. This is typical of the exorbitant prices at Shoppers Drugmart.

This is by far the worst shoppers pharmacy there is. I wish i could give 0 stars. Always late on my prescriptions, i’ve had to wait every time I go when they called me saying it was ready.

They also don’t answer the phone here. Your better off hitting the safeway next door or some other pharmacy nearby.

I can’t say enough good things about the pharmacist here. I’m going through a tough and complicated health time and she took the time today to help me figure out my medication and answered all my questions. Hajera is so kind, patient and helpful. I am so grateful and appreciative. This is the place to go for real support.

Worst customer care representative. Called in to check in about perfumes and some girl answered so rudely and then handed over to some other co-worker who had no Idea about any perfumes? I hope they are doing checks on there rude as staff!

Of all the pharmacies I have been to, this is by far the best one. The pharmacists and pharmacy assistants are so kind, helpful and knowledgeable. I also love how organized the service is! Its nice to have a pharmacy actually let you know when your medication is ready! Thank you so much for being there and doing an outstanding job:)

It’s true what Anna says.the cashier follows you. I was really surprised when I realized the man beside me was also the cashier. Not that I have anything to hide. It’s insulting tho …. I don’t usually frequent this location.only if I cannot find what I need at the one by me. This was my first time experiencing this and my last. Not returning.

This shoppers used to be excellent. Unfortunately almost all of the good staff is gone and the new staff is not great at all. One of the new male cashiers keeps following customers through the aisles to ensure they don't steal anything. I have seen him do this on multiple occasions and it is very obvious what he is doing. He once ran after a guy with a skateboard under his arm who was simply just picking up something at the pharmacy. I guess he didn't look "representable" enough to shop here. None of the people he follows look suspicious to me. He is acting like an undercover security guard. I have also seen him loose patience with elderly customers who took a bit longer with their payment due to hearing impairment and simply being a bit slower with stuffing away their items. Customer service here really needs to be improved especially with many more people moving into this area, otherwise they will go somewhere else.

They have more products available to buy, but the customer care should be improved. A tall athletic looking male cashier was always looking uncomfortable with suspicious looks towards us when we were going through aisles. And he did not have a friendly tone while we were paying at the cashier as well. I havent seen such behavior towards us in other Shoppers Drug Marts around here.

Yeah I don't know whats wrong with society /people these days. The Pharmacists are extremely rude and abrupt and to add incompetent when it comes to info and percriptions.

I had amazing experience with Miss Mojgan. She was super helpful and professional. That make me feel to visit the shop again.

This store has wonderful staff, always pleasant and helpful. We appreciate the care, attention and good advice from the pharmacy team. Store staff are helpful and considerate. Well done to everyone.

I hopocan find myself buying things for my wife. Even though I bring a list with me the girls there are wonderful and help me find everything that she needs. They never give me a hard time when buying things for ladies. Which makes the experience much easier to.get through. My wife doesn't understand. LoL. I have to say that the shoppers drug Mart brand of compression hosiery are amazing, I have taken to wearing them to bed. I wake without pain don't tell anyone.lol

Very poor customer service. I called the pharmacy for a simple inquiry. The Asian lady was terrible to deal with. I was put on hold for 15 minutes on and off until I asked to speak to the pharmacist because I could not understand why it was so hard to get simple answers for a prescription refill. The pharmacist stated the lady misunderstood. As I explained they should have someone that understand what a customer is asking, the pharmacist said she cuts me off and says sorry and hangs up. Very bad service!
