Amazing experience! The crew were so attentive and informative and I got to see seals and eagles! We brought family from Asia and they loved it!

Our group of 11 people had a wonderful time on Saturday while we celebrated my Husbands 50th Birthday. We loved it so much we are already talking about booking a private tour for next year. The staff are amazing and would definitely recommend it to everyone.

We enjoyed this cruise so much. Party of 10 family members took the 2 hour Lake Cruise. Majestic beauty all around and wonderful, knowledgeable crew members really made this a special cruise for us.

Wow…. What an amazing experience. We’ll manage and very friendly staff. We order chicken and veggie wraps and it was so yummy. Two hours tour is worth for every single dollars you spend.

We did the 2.5 hour trip to Rainbow falls. It was an excellent trip. Relaxing with wonderful views. The food was great and the staff were informative, super friendly and helpful. We are going to do the 10 hour trip to the end of the lake next time.

I did the day long tour up to historic Port Douglas - a 74 Km spectacular stretch of Nature. Harrison Lake is a treasure & most only see the first 5 Km from the Village. The Captain and crew are so caring and competent - making every part of the journey and day comfortable and highly memorable. We at the Rockwell Harrison Guest Lodge highly endorse doing one of their tours (at least once), as do our very happy Guests who have done so! Step away from your every day on the Lake.

We brought our kids and they enjoyed it too. The food was good, burgers were bbqd nicely and kettle chips on the side. Staff was knowledgeable of the area and the ride was very enjoyable. Would recommend to others for sure!

Went on the waterfall tour! It was very interesting and the waterfall is gorgeous! I enjoyed chatting with the guides and getting a chance to see Echo Island as well.

Nice way to spend a few hours, seeing eagles, seals, otters and looking down the clear water at salmon and at least a 10 ft sturgeon.

The trip was great and the staff were very knowledgeable. I would recommend this 3 hour trip to anyone.

I booked to two hour lake cruise for my best friend and I on our weekend and it definitely exceeded our expectations! The staff was welcoming, hospitable and knowledgable about the local history. It was a beautiful and very relaxing experience. I would definitely go again and try one of their longer tours. Thanks for a great day!

This is a tour everyone should experience. They serve food and drinks. Beautiful water and scenery. Will definitely go back. Very friendly staff. You'll keep on smelling the food that they BBQ on the deck.

Great tour and a must have for first time visitors. Food is good with many choices and very nice friendly staff.

We weren’t impressed with this tour company at all. We booked it for our wedding anniversary in the summer. We arrived few minutes before departure because it was difficult to find the meeting location. We were told by the staff the upper open deck is full and we can only sit in downstairs in the closed restaurant area with minimal views and no fresh air. We couldn’t see any of the views or hear the tour guide (there was no microphone on board either). We just ate ($50 on 2 burgers and pop), and while my 4 year old watched netflix on the phone because he couldn’t see anything. They overbook their cruises and you only get to see the views/enjoy the views and fresh air if ur in upper deck which is first come first serve. There was plenty of space to add other tables upstairs but they seem to be poorly managed and didn’t offer to add a table even when they saw we are unhappy. Poor service and not family oriented cruise.

Great Staff, Beautiful boat, really good good for purchase. Like the BBQ burgers or a chicken Wrap etc.
