The pianos are amazing, and the staff will take the time to explain all the details and differences between each piano. They also have a wide selection of different brands. So, you can compare them and get a feel on how to each piano has its own character. While beginner players can get by with a good digital piano from Costco, intermediate and advanced players will want to visit a piano store to find out what kind of piano suits them the best. I like how Showcase Pianos has already taken the time to filter out pianos only suitable for beginners to make the process of finding the right piano a little easier.

Friendly people here. Thankfully the covid19 restrictions were loosened so could drop by and gawk at the newest pianos. Like that tall proprietor in that fancy suit!

I was looking for digital piano options and was first amazed by the wide range of pianos. Got helped very quickly by a friendly staff, Katie. I was impressed to see how knowledgeable the staff was with the different features, Katie knows her pianos!
After trying a few options I found the perfect fit for me and arranged a delivery.
Sorting out the last details for delivery was very easy either text or email was very responsive. I definitely recommend this store.

I had such a positive experience when I purchased a beautiful, white, electric piano from Showcase Pianos recently. Yana was there to help me through every step of my decision, both beforehand on the phone, and in person in the store. I felt completely confident in my choice, thanks to Yana’s friendly and helpful demeanour, and her knowledge of music and pianos…and I have been delighted with my choice ever since. Unbelievable! Cindy told us the piano was going to arrive in 2 months. We ordered it last week and it was delivered today! The service is above and beyond! The Dexibell H10 was a fantastic suggestion as we were looking at the Roland Kiyola. It was nice to be able to see them side by side and make an informed decision!

Went to see that famous Panda piano. It has a funny shape but the build quality is the same as the other big brands too!

Pretentious piano store. I wanted to look at pianos for myself and my daughter for the future and was abruptly asked if I was interested in buying. I said I was looking for now. Apparently that wasn't allowed. So I left. Not welcoming. Cold staff. Chilled me to the bone.

The Staff is nice enough and they were pleasant, but the place's policies are not transparent by any means. I was wanting to buy a piano that was on the floor with a big sign stating: "Its finally 2021 Sale". For half an hour I spoke to the sales rep and was under the impression that it was a floor model. It was a big shocker when the next day I found out, the same piano being advertised by the store on Craigslist as a pre-owned unit for 3+ years. Neither the sign nor the sales person while I was in the store, said one word about being pre-owned for 3 years. The price they were asking, without bench, was more than Long&Mquade was selling it last NEW with a bench and original box. The lady on the store told me it is store policy to throw away boxes, meaning the customer can schlep the piano without protection home. Imagine that! Also, second-hand stuff sold for the price of new for a model discontinued around 2017, WOW! I have a bridge to sell, please call me! Asked if I could speak to the Manager, no answer!

Edit: As discussed with you on the phone Manuel, you guys measure your customers body temperature upon entering the store because of Covid, but fail to disclose that the piano was pre-owned for 3 years +. Not important I guess, right? Plus the model was discontinued between 2014-17. The conversation on the phone was half an hour and not an hour. You see, it's the little details and that's how the truth gets stretched and twisted. You amended the sign ONLY AFTER my review. Your sales rep had days to change the sign but didn't. Regarding the Craigslist Ad: It was only the day or two after I was in the store I saw the ad by happenstance. I could have never looked and I would have never known, because your staff don't disclose those details nor do you put it on the sign. My offer wasn't low nor my comments sarcastic, since the owner of the piano which put it as a consignment sale in your store, accepted it, but the message came in late. I am glad it did, judging from my experience and other reviews here.

What a completely inappropriate response to a customer. (D. Breeze) Shame on you. You are supposed to be the professional. What a customer does outside your store has nothing to do with your response to his review on his experience in your store.

Amazing piano store, they are really know how to make a customer happy and confident with there purchase. I would recommend this place to anyone.
