Great staff and service over my stay this last week, friendly and expert. I had not been on a board in a while and the team demonstrated well-versed knowledge across the various riding style options taking into account the varied conditions over the past week for day to day when selecting board styles/models to ride. Once a board was decided they were excellent at set up, advice on boots/ bindings and always happy to switch out gear or make adjustments as needed across the day. Team members providing assistance for the demo rentals were excellent-Bayley, Jay and Nadjana (sorry if I spelled that wrong!) along with the other staff who pitched in - great ambassadors for the Burton brand with platinum service levels to match.
I lost my snowboard binding screw anchor (shown in the picture and the lost one was on the other foot) and the Showcase store gave me a new one and saved my day. Thanks a million!
Damn these guys are knowledgeable! Completely new the sport, Jon helped me pick out the ideal board, bindings, and boots. I had heaps of beginner questions which were answered with the upmost professionalism, clearly backed with years of experience. Whatever I need to purchase next like a helmet, socks etc I’ll be shopping here in a heartbeat. The team are clearly hardworking and buy in a great selection of gear. Visited Whistler in Feb 2022 and after two days of boarding, my old boots fell apart. Showcase had a huge range of all things snowboard generally, but the best options for my sizing in particular, and after some great service from Kristal, I was on my way with a brand new pair that I was very happy with. 14 months and about 14 boarding days later, however, the BOA part of the boot broke, whilst boarding in Italy. However, I could not be happier with or more impressed by the Customer Support from the store manager, Sarah, who, despite the added complication of me being based in the UK, has managed to help me resolve the issue to my complete satisafction. I would not hesitate to purchase from Showcase again in the future and would happily recommend the store to others.although I think I'll be sticking to traditional lace boots from now on!
Super helpful! Jon recommended lots of boards for me to research before I buy one and I’m going to demo a couple from the burton demos. He spent a lot of time explaining snowboards to me and was super friendly and informative. Thank you so much I really appreciated the time and look forward to buying a board from you guys!
Top guys. Had an issue with my burton boots and they replaced with with no issues and no fuss. They also gave me some advice on a board I wanted to buy with no pressure to buy. Aiden, josh and Kaden were all very helpful, would not hesitate to recommend.
Many thanks to 2 stellar employees who went the extra mile for me, even though my purchase was relatively insignificant. Erica helped me with a new stomp pad and even phoned another tuning shop to see if they could remove a damaged one from my board. When that was not possible, Sarah stepped in and demonstrated her professionalism with a heat gun, delicately removing the well adhered pad with no damage to board's surface. All done with a smile! Great gals and a credit to Showcase. Customer service at its best!
The service in Showcase is exceptional. The staff are easy to approach and knowledgeable. Riz was extremely helpful to me as a new snowboarder who needed to find the right boot. Will definitely be visiting again!

I went in this winter needing major help getting my splitboard bindings adjusted, and Jon was my knight in shining armor. Sarah was also a fantastic help and the two of them had me back to riding my board in no time. They collectively spent about 1.5 hours working on my board over 2 visits during a busy time. Jon gave me a bunch of tips and suddenly the entire world makes sense.

Bought some new step on bindings but they came with short screws, I popped into showcase and Jon was super helpful and got me all set up in now time and also gave me some tips and advice for trying these new binding and boot set up for the first time!
Jay is a superstar went above and beyond call of duty to fix my boots issue while still side handling business and having time to chat gear on top of everything.beyond impressive service.makes this is a world class snowboard shop.also they seem to pretty much carry all the brands/gear you need and are super stocked up.

Showcase is a superb snowboarding retail store. I've been in there from 2018 up to Christmas 2021. I needed an ankle tongue replacement strap for a very old set of Burton bindings and sent my wife to pick it up for me and the staff helped her out and found it right away for N/C. (And this is during a time when most places at the resort are suffering from a bit of low morale due to the struggles of staffing/supply/pandemic related issues. Really appreciate that kind of service.
I bought burton bindings from another vendor in Vancouver, they broke on the slopes in Whistler. I came in to see if they could help me out since they sell Burton gear.
Jay went above and beyond, he called his burton rep (on a Sunday) to get the warranty. Burton obviously couldn’t ship the replacement part in time to ski the following day, so Jay basically swapped out brand new bindings for mine.
This place is BEYOND amazing. I had the wrong disc for my board and this place legit just GAVE me the right one. They even let me use their space to put my bindings on. THANK YOU showcase!
Went in with some troublesome bindings on my board - Jay was an absolute legend in figuring out the issues, and replacing the disks & hardware expertly. A huge thanks for his time and effort - it made my week on the slopes!

The guy named Jonny at the snowboard section seemed genuinely uninterested in helping us selecting a snowboard boots. If it wasn’t the sale, we wouldn’t have bought it from this place.

This place is awesome! My boyfriend was looking for new snowboard boots and the guy that helped him (CJ) was sooo knowledgeable. He spent a lot of time with my partner making sure that he got the perfect fit. And he even offered some tips for my boots at home that have been causing me issues. CJ is an A+ member of their team. Also, if you have issues with your boots after you buy them, you can bring them back and they will work with you to fix your issues. Such a good experience here, highly recommend! They seem to really care about you getting the right gear. They were also super clean and good at dealing with the flow of people in terms of covid19.
I purchased a Airblaster Bib in the 18/19 season and had a warranty claim that I needed to organise from Vancouver. Carly went above and beyond ensuring that I was notified throughout the whole process. She was incredibly helpful. Would highly recommend Showcase for any equipment or clothing needs.
These guys have been absolutely amazing! I came to Whistler with the intention to try and buy a new board. They have so much demo stock it’s not even funny! The boys happily changed my bindings 3x daily and made great suggestions on what to try next based on my ability and experience. Ironically I ended up buying the board that I tried first! Best experience I’ve ever had in almost 30 years of boarding.
Everything is expensive in this store relative to other shops. Staff impersonal and don't care if you walk out the door. They even don't honour Australian Epic pass for discount even though Epic pass says Epic pass purchase discounts apply to any resort Epic pass is valid. Misleading and or false advertising given the tens of thousands of Australian investing at this resort and in the country economy.
Knowledgeable and very approachable staff. They spent lots of time helping me find just the right boots and board. No pretentiousness whatsoever, I love it here.

I was having a good amount of foot pain and Greg here at Showcase took a lot of time to help me out and pinpoint the problem. We determined irregular binding pressure and heel movement were the issue after changing variables and hitting the hill after each change. I couldn’t ask for better service! Thanks Showcase!
