Big shout out to Chris and the guys at Showcase. I had an issue with the running board on my F150, that was ripped off in an accident a couple of years ago. The accident had ripped the bolts and torn up the metal on the rocker panel, making it impossible to put a new running board on. I stopped by to see Chris as I drove past, and asked if he had any ideas what to do. Few days later, I brought the truck in and the guys drilled through from the other side with a carriage bolt and fitted the running board. He fit me in on short notice, had me in and out in 30 minutes, and charged me a very reasonable amount for labour. Highly recommend and I’ll be coming here for all my truck accessory needs. I went to purchase a canopy at Showcase truck accessories for my Tacoma and was told it would be 8 weeks for delivery which was fine. I was offered a lesser model as a loaner untill the new one was delivered and I accepted. When I inspected the installation I thought something was wrong and asked for it to be taken off. I was right. There was paint damage down to bare metal in one spot. I was very upset as this is a brand new truck. I was told that the only thing that would be done was getting some touch up paint. I didn’t feel that was acceptable and went to a body shop for professional advice. I was told the only way to repair it properly was to paint the whole rear panel and received an estimate for $1425. I went back to showcase to ask if he would pay my $300 insurance deductible. The owner refused to pay the $300 deductible and said he did me a favour for lending me a canopy. I really don’t see that as a favour when the installer damaged my truck. I was quite shocked at his attitude as this truck is only a week old and he felt touch up paint was good enough. I do not recommend this company at all. When there is a problem that they cause, there is no help whatsoever.

I purchased a tonneau cover at Showcase a few years ago. I've been very happy with the product and installation. I've had to return recently to replace a couple of small broken parts that were of my doing. Each time there was no charge for their time and parts The follow up service at Showcase is excellent. I would strongly recommend this company for their products and service.
