Attention all potential customers: MUST READ! Worst service ever! Made a reservation over the phone. People who already put their name down still hog around the check in area so there is no way to get to the front. People coming after you walk around and shove themselves in. The hostess was missing from the front like 90% of the time. Once you get checked in, you will start to see that they give table right away to people they know even though they just walked in. Asked the hostess if we’ll get a table at our reservation time and she said yes. Waited an hour and still didn’t get a table. Don’t promise people that they’ll get a table if it’s a total lie. In the end, left without even sitting down to eat. Other groups of people also left without eating because of the terrible wait time. Service and experience is so bad that we did not make it to the table. Probably won’t get a table for another hour or two even though we made a reservations. Do not need to try this restaurants. Many Chinese dim sum restaurants in Richmond! Would give zero stars if that was an option. I grew up having dim sum and this is the WORST service I’ve had from a dim sum restaurant.

Dim sum choices are good and average quality. Service is nice. Menu prices are above average.

Very bad customer service!When you line up they dont take turns. Regular guests or people just walked in and sited there!We waited for an hour for morning tea until 1: 30pm!Unbelievable!Food is not like crazy good!Dont go there and waist your time and money!Expensive too!

We called to make a reservation and told us the 12: 30 seat. We came on time, but we were cut in line in various ways. We were not seated until 1: 30. If you have to wait for so long, don't let customers make reservations.

We made a reservation for 12: 30 and waited until 1: 30. I understand that there are many
people on long weekend so we just waited in line, with our baby! Until it was our turn next and an elderly couple out of nowhere and a group of ladies who made reservation for 1pm cut in line and got seated.
It was such a bad experience. Their management is terrible. Suggest you don't go there unless you know someone who can seat you without waiting for an hour.

The appointment didn't come through at all and we had to wait. I made the appointment at 12: 30 and waited until 1: 30 with a child in my arms. Even the elders were angry and I comforted them. I thought there was nothing I could do since everyone was waiting during the long weekend. As a result, the next table appeared out of nowhere and two tables were seated at least half an hour after us. That’s outrageous! People with super good tempers are jealous of you, you are awesome!

Food is expensive and the service is subpar. Rude attitude from servers, who ignore your requests. Customer service needs improvement.

Food is mediocre but the biggest issue with this place is the terrible service

I understand that Christmas is a busy day for the service industry. But if you decide to open you should be offering adequate service. They mixed up our order (which is fine) and asked us to verify our order. We verified but they kept getting it wrong (at least 4x).

Our party with kids had to wait for a long time before any food came. Absolutely ridiculous. They at least gave us a discount on the bill but too little too late

The restaurant is newly renovated and looks great. The service is also very good. The food is inventive and tasty.

The wasabi shrimp balls I ordered didn't taste like shrimp, it was all sauce. Take one bite, you need to drink ten sips of water to dilute it, and your throat is choked.

The VIP card used to be $500, but now it's $1,000. It's crazy. It mainly entertains regular customers.
There is a young, tall and thin door receptionist who speaks Mandarin and makes it obvious that regular customers will be seated immediately without waiting. Recently, I sat for less than an hour and immediately asked the customer to pay the bill. There were many customers waiting for a table outside (not too many as I saw)! This approach is good for the boss, but it’s totally confusing for the customers, and they don’t explain the time limit! If she treats regular customers like this, I have nothing to say. After such service, I will not help you anymore, nor will I buy a so-called VIP card worth $1,000 again.

Come here if you want to waste time! I called to locate and said there was a seat, and when I came, I said it would be ready soon. There are already many tables paid for, and we are the next one. After waiting for half an hour, three tables of regular customers came in. There are very few morning tea dishes, which are at the middle and lower levels in Richmond.lightning protection

Decent and tasty dimsum place but overpriced a little bit. Not my top choice for dimsum. I believe there are tons of dimsum restaurants better than here in Vancouver.

Bad experience with NO customer service at all.
First impression from the receptionist was ‘ UNWELCOME ‘
We had to push few times about our orders because we considered the restaurant required us to return the table 1 hour after we sat down.
Food was just so so / not tasty, nothing special in the menu.
Will not go to this restaurant again for sure.
