I was referred to Sidney Pharmacy when I was looking for advice/vaccinations for an upcoming trip to India.
Right from day one James impressed me with his enthusiasm to learn where I was going and understand exactly what I needed for my trip. Over the last 2 months, I have been in at least 4 times for vaccines and prescription pick up. On every visit, James has been knowledgeable and so helpful. He even sent over a prescription I needed quickly to the pharmacy that provides pick-up to Gulf Island residents as I live off-island. Above and beyond!
It is difficult to get good customer service let alone outstanding customer service nowadays. James showed a genuine interest in what I was doing and what I needed to do it safely. 5 stars is not enough, he absolutely deserves a raise! Thank you so much for all of your help.
