The Manager, Shannon Valgardson is absolutely one of the rudest people i have ever met in my life. Not sure who hired her, but you need to look at your hiring practices. Who gets into a verbal shouting match with a customer trying to do the right thing and recycle and just had a few questions that needed to be answered?

Stay far far away from this place and this vile woman.

Staff very helpful and friendly. Parking lot is a nightmare and it would be nice if staff could help direct traffic on busier days. Not too sure why they are closed 3 days a week and only open from 10-4 but these limited hours make it very difficult for customers who work!

My first bottle drop-off since pandemic… very clean facility, fast and easy with express kiosk. Noticed they also take clear plastic bags, batteries, styrofoam and electronics.

They need to deal with the handicapped parking spot. It is right near the entrance, and if you park in it, you get yelled at by other customers. Also brought back some creamer containers that I was told weren’t refundable, yet I paid a deposit on them at the store. They need to figure that out as well.

Very limited and somewhat dangerous and congested parking. Staff are excellent. Wait times depend on day and time. Pre-sorting and counting really helps staff and shortens wait time for customers.

They have a hard time counting. After a long time they figured out some of the money for the returns but wasn't the correct amount. They should close that location for good.

3 stars because while i can certainly appreciate that this location takes batteries, cfl bulbs, styrofoam, and electronics, i found myself a little frustrated with how picky they were towards my bottles. I had 12 vitamin water bottles lined up - 3 had labels missing - rejected. Not accepted. Monster energy drink can - there was a dent - rejected. Water bottles by the dozens - nearly all the same - label missing? Rejected. I've haven't experienced that much rejection since i was on the dating scene 18 years ago. Never has the Glanford Return-It location rejected a bottle or can. I won't return to this location with my refundables again. And if your livelihood depends on bottle returns, I'd recommend going elsewhere.

These guys have kept going through out Covid even while short staffed. They have totally rocked it. They are quick and efficient and the place is super clean. Thanks for all your hard work folks, it is muchly appreciated!

Fast in and out when you have everything organized beforehand, especially today in the stormy weather.

These guys are working hard to make it happen. Be patient with them it takes a lot longer than it used to. There was a long wait for clean cart today so if you can get in without using one it will be quicker

Rude management, very disorganized, silly rules that make no sense at all, and by far the worst hours of any bottle depot. Who would close on Sunday, one of the busiest days, and randomly close Monday too. Smh

Worst bottle return place on the island. Unacceptable equipment for bottle returns. The women I spoke to this morning was rude and condescending I wont be back here. I expected better from Island return it.

Friendly courteous staff. Clean and organized. A pleasure to return dozens of returnable, recyclable, and reusable things. If in doubt check out their easy to navigate website. Great place but even greater people there. Highly recommend.
