I cannot remember when I last received such excellent customer service. Jamie Barrass was so helpful, as well as respectful and polite. I was not sure if I had M&S tires, as I could not find the symbol, so he said to stop by and he would confirm. After confirming that I had all I needed for Island driving, I promised I would be back when my new car tires wore out. I would not hesitate to recommend Jamie to anyone looking for tires.

These guys are great! Had us in and out yesterday in a single day. After we found rats have been eating wires! Honest hard working!
Wish they’d work on heavy trucks! Just saying! They’ll put tires on them but no wrenching.

I wouldn't have my car serviced anywhere else. Always friendly and efficient. Mike is my hero.

Very disappointing when I took my Land Rover in to have all the possible future issues worked on.
Paid $4200 and on my way home, lost power.
I returned as they wore closing and noticed a huge puddle off transmission fluid where I had parked.
The guy was locking up and complained that he had to clean it up and I should consult a transmission specialist.
Can't help me and locked me out.

Wouldn't balance my tires because they were over 10 years old. Was told they were NOT worn out, but it was for "liability reasons" and I was unlikely to find another shop to do it. (Wrong! First shop I called said they would balance the wheels if the tires passed visual inspection.) I WAS offered a quote on new tires.
New tires when I only needed a balance? Sounds like a bait and switch to me!
If they had offered a discount for my trouble then perhaps I would have considered them for a future purchase, but as it is that's unlikely.

Super friendly, professional, and honest auto center. Very trustworthy, and highly recommended!
