I really liked the service I received from Signature Mazda and would like to continue giving my business to Signature Mazda but I have a 2 year free oil change agreement I received at Midway Mazda that can't be carried over to Signature. If you can get me the same agreement I received from Midway I will happily bring all my business to Signature for the service life of my 2018 CX-5.

It was for a new lease, another CX 5, everything was well organized and ready to go…a bit busy but to be expected. Jeffrey was helpful and really interested to make this a great experience.

Noticing that the dealership overcharges for services, with a more than $100 increase from last year, is disheartening. They offer a vacuum and wash in a sloppy way. I guess smart people don't do service at the dealership.

I had a great experience at Signature Mazda. The person that helped me out was Aki and we ended up buying our vehicle with her. She’s super supportive and patient (believe me, I did several questions) and helped us throughout the whole process.

Hands down the worst experience I've had at a dealership yet. Matthew Legg was incredibly dishonest, even for a salesman. It was a nightmare working with him. He came up with multiple stories about why he wouldn't refund my hold on a used vehicle that I requested within mere hours of placing it, despite the website clearly stating that holds are refundable. When he finally agreed to the refund, he started playing more games and making excuses about needing to connect me with other members of the team to process the refund. This was complete nonsense and he should be ashamed of stooping so low. I will never return to Signature Mazda and I'll make sure to spread the word to family and friends. If you value your time and money, stay away from this sad excuse for a dealership.

Me and my wife took ownership on a cx5 from signature. Ken was the salesman who didn't even feel like a salesman. He wasnt pushy at all and went above and beyond to get us the deal we wanted. Just all around an awesome experience and would highly recommend anyone shopping for a vehicle to go see them.

Dominic Dingh is a scammer. He sold me a car at an insane interest rate, lied about the value of my trade in car, and sold me a car that has only had problems since. Do not trust this “man” or the dealership

I hope this email finds you well. I wanted to share my feedback regarding my recent experience with Mazda Richmond in Canada. I believe it is important to bring these issues to your attention for the sake of improving customer satisfaction and ensuring a better experience in the future.

In January 2022, I placed an order for a Mazda 3 Sport at the Richmond location. Unfortunately, despite waiting for over 1.5 years, I encountered significant difficulties that led me to cancel my order.

One of the primary issues I faced was the unavailability of the ordered vehicle at the specified location, despite seeing the same model and trim sitting on the lot. Furthermore, the sales team and manager refused to sell me the available car unless I agreed to purchase additional options that were not part of my original order. This approach felt unreasonable and disregarded the specifications I had clearly communicated.

To exacerbate the situation, I was informed that I would no longer be eligible for the discount initially offered on my order. Despite expressing my willingness to pay the normal price, the dealership still declined to sell me the vehicle because I declined the extra options they were pushing.

Throughout the process, I was repeatedly assured that I was next on the list, despite the presence of the same model available for sale on the lot for an extended period. These inconsistencies and attempts to pressure me into unwanted options left me with no choice but to cancel my order.

In contrast, when I reached out to West Coast Mazda, they promptly assisted me in acquiring the desired car within a week. The vast difference in customer service between the two dealerships has left me deeply disappointed and concerned about the overall experience Mazda Richmond provides to its customers.

I appreciate your attention to this matter and hope that my feedback will contribute to improvements in customer satisfaction at Mazda Richmond.

Great experience! Danny was very professional, welcoming and did a great job in helping us know the options available for the CX-50 we were interested in and was able to offer us a great lease deal which we accepted right away. Overall the service was fast, smooth and a pleasant experience! I really recommend working with Danny!

Everyone I have encountered at Signature Mazda has impressed me with their exceptional customer service. They truly make you feel like a valued client. From the day I walked onto their lot to a recent experience with the Service Department. I took my Mazda Sport in for its first service. There was a slow leak in one of the tires which we asked to be patched. We were willing to pay the $60 to have the tire repaired. Rebecca, the friendly and efficient Service Rep, called to tell me that the tire was beyond repair. However, If approved, the warranty would cover the cost of a new tire. Honestly, I believe that Signature Mazda is looking out for my best interests. In the end, my car has a brand new tire and Signature Mazda has won my trust!
I highly recommend them!
