Silver Sage Winery

Stopped there today and it was amazing. The lady helping us was fantastic. The recipe ideas for the wines were awesome, and I can not wait to try some of those ideas. The wine is amazing and left with few bottles but turned back around to grab a few more. We will be returning again next summer.

Tasted 12 kinds of wines, and Elena did the best.intro for each wine. Their wines are good if not best.

What a wonderful place, I have never spent so much on wine. Wife doesn't like red wine, but she bought a bottle of red here. Looking forward to enjoying our purchase.

This winery is everything you need and want! Not only are the wines insanely delicious they are made with no sulfates and no hangovers Also if you're lucky enough to do a tasting with Elena you will just die of laughter she's a seasoned pro! The grounds are beautiful so take some time to walk around but not before putting your box of wine in the car! Enjoy!

We’ve been touring twice in the okanagan silver sage was our last stop. By far the best experience and the most fun. Elaina is so much fun and the wines top shelf the dessert wines are exquisite. We added this winery to the top of our list!

I don't even drink wine. But I love this place! They have a spectacular Christmas light display up every year, and they allow visitors until (I think?) 9pm during the month of December. My kids beg to stop here any time we are in Oliver; they love to stroll through all the twinkling lights. I can't even fathom how many hours it must take to get everything set up. They also have a Bed and Breakfast experience if memory serves me correctly. I highly recommend you check these folks out!

Beautiful location, came here for a family event. We enjoyed wandering the grounds to look at all of the roses.
I really like the white wines here.

We made a quick stop to pick up a case for a friend. Sampled 3 wines that were fabulous! Ended up buying a couple bottles. Will definitely go back for a tour.

Excellent value and great tasting experience.
We were looking for a winery open for impromptu wine tasting without having to make an appointment.
Last second we remembered Silver Sage and decided to stop in…not only was the wine good but also no sulphates.
Amazing property, great wine shop and Corky was really good with describing the wines and making us laugh.
We bought most of the ones we tasted and will be back to get more.
I highly recommend Silver Sage.

My wife went in first, cause I have to look after our two dogs and then I went in and taste the ice wine, I wanted to buy all of the ice wine it was that good, I said to the lady that works their, just hook it to my Vain's.

Amazing overall experience. We tried 12 kinds of wine, all ranging on the sweet to very sweet side. The script was entertaining with comedic relief, but wasn’t too long as to make you feel bored.

If you’re in the area, definitely definitely do not let this one off your list.

My husband and I have been vacationing in the area for 6 years. Silver Sage is our favourite spot for its wines and culture. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. The selection and tasting of their wines are a must experience for your tour. We love them so much, we order cases in April and October. - LeAnne & Doug C.

The area and the garden is so nice, but most importantly They have really unique wines. I really liked my experience tasting the wines plus the tasting was complimentary unlike many places where you have to pay to taste. I've been to many wineries in my life but Silver Sage Winery is definitely my number one winery in all across B. C. I highly recommend this place to anyone who like to taste fine wines.

We had a wonderful, friendly wine host. Wine is well priced and a little on the sweeter side. Tastings are free and you can taste a little of each one of their wines. I highly recommend checking them out!

One of the few wineries that offers a full free tasting without reservations. The garden area is beautiful and the wines are fantastic too.

The saving grace was the tasting was free and the entertaining narratives of the woman serving us. ALL of the wines were extremely sweet and heavily perfumed, beware.

Gorgeous wines, there was nothing in the tasting flight that wasnt fantastic. Staff was extremely funny and informative about the selection available. Definitely a solid stop on any wine tour

This was my favourite winery without a doubt. I love the sweet ones which helped but the tasting was done in such a friendly and funny manner that it made the whole experience fantastic. This place is an absolute must to visit!

What an absolutely amazing experience! Silver Sagev is a must visit experience! The ladies are so much fun, spunky, spry and sensational!

We booked our stay there in August, I called in to confirm the dates, the lady said at the end of the call that minors are not allowed. I said - wait, we are coming with our kid and you never mentioned it before. So now we have to cancel and book something else. When I was trying to express my feelings (I was frustrated - what a waste of time!) & I did mention to her that we are coming with a kid (she probably didn’t listen) she kept interrupting and finally hang up on me!
We used to buy BOXES of wine from this winery, never again!

Forgive me for not remembering her name but I believe it was the owner who was hosting the tasting. She was funny, absolutely terrific, her years of teaching really shined through. Great tasting experience.

Elena absolutely made the expirence of this wine tasting. We really enjoyed the fruit forward wines, they just were a bit sweet for us.

Been here twice and each time we walk away with a case of wine. Hands down my favourite winery, as I am someone who likes sweeter wines. The dessert wines are to die for, and The Flame is one of the most unique wines I've ever had. Definitely not for those that can't handle the heat, but they also have a milder version if you want to experience a bit of the spiciness.

Bar-none one of the best wine tasting presentations anywhere. Think comedy theatre with wine sampling. Try "The Flame" and definitely take home at least a bottle of the Sage and a couple of bottles of the dessert wines! I've used their dessert wines to finish off my homemade Bellini's or a summer refresher. I wish I could bottle the staff's energy and take it home with me too!

Absolutely loved the wine tasting, our host was very funny. The wines are delicious. The gardens are gorgeous. Will definitely be coming back

We visited this place again today. Everything was exactly the same like on our first visit last year: realy nice, clean grounds and a rude lady owner. I guess we will not be back for the third try.
Just for the record: we didn't say one single word to her. We just bought two bottles of wine through the sales person, then an owner show up and ordered us (in the very strong voice) to move to another spot. I got almost nostalgic, my drill surgent talked to me in the same voice many years ago.

The wines are not bad. We did purchase the dessert Pinot Blanc and the flame. However our experience was poor from the beginning. We walked inside tasting room were immediately barked at by the server to sanitize our hands (not an issue) before being welcomed to the tasting bar. I then had to use the bathroom which was clearly inconvenient to her. Once I returned there was another group at the bar who did the tasting simultaneously with us. Anytime we spoke to the other group the server was evidently annoyed we were interrupting her tasting and acted as though we were all children.

If you like sweeter wine, this is the place you should come. The best sweet wine I’ve ever had in BC. Lots of varieties. Six bottles are definitely not enough.lol.

The wines here are really unique and very fragrant! I loved the Pinot noir and the white wild Sage, that’s one of the most unique wines I’ve tasted. Super friendly service as well!

Best Winery in Osoyoos that we’ve been to. The staff was welcoming and gave us a thorough explanation of how they were made and the story behind the taste. Bought 4 bottles from them and all worth it! Located out of the way but has the most beautiful view of the mountain. Makes the tasting experience of lifetime.

I honestly have so many good things to say about this winery. But to sum it all up, Silver Sage gave us 100% satisfying wine tasting experience for us.

Love the dessert wine pinot blanc so much had a case shipped to my house except the delivery service "Best Express " would not deliver to Paul Lake, had to p/u at the depot in Kamloops

The Osoyoo locals recommended this place to us and it did not disappoint! The wine here is very fruity! These people don't play wine by the book, so you will find a selection of very distinctive tasting flavors here. Come try and you will be pleasantly surprised! This is going to be my new go to brand for wine.

Honestly the best winery in the area. Fantastic wine! I just wish I could get them here in AB. I started with this winery and nothing compared. I love my reds, never thought I'd like whites as much Oh my, was I wrong! Check them out. They don't disappoint

If you only visit one winery while in the south Okanagon this is the one to visit. Great eight w and awesome hosts
