I really liked staying here! The manager, Navi, and the team were awesome. They gave great service. When I got there, everyone was super nice and professional. Navi paid attention to everything, and the team made sure everything was top-notch in my room.

If you want a place where they really take care of you, I highly recommend staying here. Thanks to Navi and the team, my time here was awesome. I can't wait to come back!

For a basic Motel it had more than you expected-Friendly reception, very attentive & personally walked us thru our room details. Motel Unit was spacious, spotlessly clean inside & out, 2 comfortable beds- good sleep & refreshing shower- seating, TV & coffee, chairs outside. Obviously showing Pride of ownership. Would not hesitate to recommend.reasonable cost.only flaw.always love seeing fresh flowers outside.

Lovely, clean, comfortable motel that had everything we needed. The host was very responsive when we had questions. It was perfect for our stay in Vernon. Would definitely go back again.

VERY UNFRIENDLY SERVICE. DISAPPOINTED
My wife and I were looking for a motel/hotel for our family to spend the night. My wife looked at the reviews for this motel and was hopeful when she saw nothing but good reviews. When she called, an automated message came on saying that their office hours were from 7 am to 11pm. We called at 1030pm. So we were transferred to the "emergency" night line where a woman answered. My wife asked "what was available for the night for a family of 6? " The woman then asked how many rooms we would like /need and my wife replied with just 1 because its easy and more convenient for us to all be together. The woman then responded rudely stating that 1 room would not be big enough for our family and after some back and forth questions from my wife, kindly trying to figure something out, the woman told her to, I quote, "find another place. " And then hung up on her. We were quite shocked to have been treated like this after all the wonderful reviews we saw about the motel and service. Just wish we were extended the kindness everyone else seems to have been given. Only gave 1 star because that was the lowest option available.

Great place within walking distance of everything you need. Very clean and tidy rooms. Navi at the front desk is also part tour guide and information, awesome personality.keep it up Navi!

Wonderful stay! We stayed here for the night. We called last minute on the Friday of the long weekend we asked for a one bedroom and they said they’d try to hold on to it for us. When we got there the one bedroom was gone but they gave us a 2 bed room for the same price. Staff is very kind and helpful. We were give a full tour of our room before settling in. Rooms are very clean. In unit a/c in every room. Our room had laminate flooring which I preferred over carpet. We really enjoyed our stay and will be coming back again next time we are in Vernon!

I rented here for just over a year close to my work close to shopping and my morning coffee walk perfect for a single person but nothing lasts forever and I moved on thank you to the friendly smiling family that manages this motel

Nice cozy motel right off the highway. The owners were very courteous, and accommodated my family's last minute booking when our camping plans fell through. They even offered to secure our bikes for the evening. Sure it's on a busy motorway, but the rooms were very clean, and it's super close to any breakfast or dinner options you might want.

Das Motel ist an der Hauptstrasse, jedoch haben wir in unserem Zimmer nicht viel davon mitbekommen. Die ganze Anlage ist sehr ordentlich geführt und das Zimmer sauber. Das Personal äusserst freundlich. Für einen Ausflug ins Okanagan Valley ist diese Unterkunft super. Preis-Leistung stimmt.

The owner and his wife were friendly and they even store my bikes down in the basement just to be sure. This was our fifth trip to Vernon and by far this was the friendliest ever, highly recommend!

I used to stay at the Schnell Express but owner always said I'd be happy at the Silver Star. I was. Riding my motorcycle up from Nanaimo, it was a joy to find a cool, air-conditioned, very clean, organized room there.
Welcomed by Navi, a friendly host, a comfortable, clean room by Anita.
What a lovely place, close to coffee and restaurants.
I will be back many times,

It's a good place if you need a bed for the night. The area seems a bit sketchy though.
Starbucks just across the road and a neighboring pizza joint.

Had a better sleep in my car next night with no construction and traffic noise, worn out bed mattress, list goes on. They asked for a 300 dollar deposit, but was given a hard time when requested it back at end of stay. Budget price or not which really isnt, not worth 50.99 dollars a night. Stay away!

This is a great little motel; simple and inexpensive. It is in close proximity to well-known chain hotels but a more agreeable price.
This seems to be a family-owned business, I decided to 'shop local'.

We booked a pet-friendly room (for our two small dogs). The room was opposite the reception, and backed on to the highway.

The room was immaculately clean with a fridge, microwave and little desk.
The gentleman at reception was very helpful and personable.
This is a simple, clean motel that offers a comfy bed for a good night's sleep.

Clean rooms, no carpets which is awesome, fridge & microwave, coffee makers need better cleaning, beds are decently comfortable, wifi is somewhat slow but depending on your needs doable. Showers have good flow, water heats up quickly. The room came with wrapped soaps and sample size shampoos.first from they were ½ empty, so that was a concern if they were previously used and left or bought that way. Manager was friendly. Rooms are decently quiet from neighbouring rooms. Tv's are about 32" roughly, good amount of channels. Bathroom mirror is a little small, but there is a bigger one in the room. Good amount of storage space. On the main hey, Starbuck across the road. We stayed in 2 different rooms with my dog and everything was good. I would come back and stay again.

Comfortable and fair price. Parking for your vehicle. They have ice available. There is microwave and fridge in the room. 10% at neighbouring restaurants.

Had a great stay here! Our room was SO clean, and the owner went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. Definitely recommend.

Tried to stay here this past weekend. They said they had a pet friendly room so I paid for a night. After I paid the owner said not to let the dog in the bed, it would ruin the sheets with the nails, that's funny, he should have seen my nails. Lol. Anyway, I got my money back and moved along. Jeez, how many did owners let their pooch sleep with them!? Too many to count. If you have a dog I don't recommend this place

Freindly owners, family run. Very nice clean rooms. They go above and beyond to help with anything needed during your stay. Polite and curtiuous.

We stayed there for a night. The room was ample, clean and quiet. The windows have a mirror tint so you can open the curtains to get light without compromising privacy The parking is in front of the rooms. The staff was very courteous and kind and offered us a 10% discount at some of the local restaurants. Overall it was a great place for the price. I would stay there again

This motel is run by a very hard-working and courteous couple with gracious, old-world manners. However, some of the clientele don't reflect those values - at least when I stayed there on my most recent trip.probably because the prices are very low in comparison to the larger chain hotels. Be prepared for patrons sitting outside smoking and drinking. For the price, the rooms are of generous size and very clean; there are options with kitchens which is always handy. I travel to Vernon a lot to deal with a difficult family situation and have stayed here 2x ; this is probably the best motel on the strip. I think with a significant investment, this motel could re-invent itself into more of a boutique accommodation as it has solid bones.

I liked this motel. It was clean, they were friendly, it was a cozy. I would stay there again for sure.

What a little gem! Don’t let the unassuming look of the exterior of this place fool you. A super clean room with a very modest price and the nicest owners you’ll ever meet! I would highly recommend this motel to anyone looking for a good nights sleep on a comfortable bed.

Not what I expected seen a nice modern room in advertisement and walked in to a 30 year old room!

Outside of their "pets ok" only being dogs (NO Cats) and then turning into another deposit and additional 200 per month and you can have your cat as long as it stays in a kennel.the owner have been pleasant to deal with.there is no lndry and monthly rentals don't come with sheets or towels and my room didn't come with a phone.but for most of the hotels in Vernon, they are definitely one of the better ones.

Customer service is amazing, 5hey are very welcoming and cheerful. Rooms are clean, I frequently stay here and highly recommend
