When I came in the other day I was very surprised by the renovations, they look very lively and bright! I was helped very quickly and the customer service was excellent. I will definitely be coming back! Very pleased!

Last month I purchase a minifit that has started sparking.no not sounds like but actual sparks coming by the clicker. Store would not replace it. Last time I buy from them.

Used to be a regular here but lately most of the staff have become lazy, impersonal and rude, with exception of shorter lady working there who is always helpful and the only reason I'm not giving this one star instead.

Used to be one of my favourite vape shops. Staff was personable, friendly and knowledgeable. Recently though, not so much. Staff seemed aloof and disinterested in helping me. Questions were met with shrugs, rather than enthusiasm. Still a clean, well kept, and beautiful shop. Staff just needs to reflect the pride you put into your "curb appeal"

Hands down the best vape shop in Nanaimo. Huge selection that's always changing and very informative and friendly staff.

The staff on Bowen are so great, really patient with you as you ask 1000 questions. Good selection of ejuices and different vapes, lots of deals going on and a points system which noone else in Nanaimo have which is a huge help when youre low on funds! My go-to store:) <3 thanks guys!

Dont go here if you're unfamiliar with vapes, jules, ect. I went in and I came out totally ripped off. I was trying to find a way to quit smoking so I decided to check out the place, I let the guy know I didn't really have any knowledge about vaping stuff and my situation. He sold me one of the "breeze 2" and it proceeded not to work at all even with help from someone who knows how to handle one. As I was buying the breeze2 I knew I needed something to fill it, so I bought juul pods not knowing a clue about how they work and the guy at the front didn't say anything and let me buy it. He didn't even offer me my receipt. I felt like I was taken advantage just for trying to be a new customer. In the end I lost $68, got swindled and looked like an idiot all from one transaction here.

The guy showed up 2 min after the store was supposed to open and didn't have the coils i needed.

I got some loaded glazed nicsalt for my breeze2 and it didn’t work out very well. Even after changing my coil twice. It hit very harshly- hurting my throat. Tried to return it but they have a no return policy even if the customer is unsatisfied.

Great shop, good prices, and a lot to choose from! Simatech is the only vape shop I go to because of it.

Dam this place is a pain to get to if your coming from the wrong way. Dude was blaring death metal I'm the store. I almost turned around and left. No specials or offers. The fast food of over priced cheap fluid here. I'll be ordering online from now on.

I bought a Vape from this place and in three weeks it caught fire and almost burnt my truck I asked for a replacement and the receipt wasn’t put in my box and they refuse to cover me last time I go there and I was a good customer

Been to this location many times, today will be my last. An employee there with glasses, a long beard and a nose piercing was being rude as I was deciding what products to buy. What a terrible expierience it was to be "helped" by this individual! Great selection but I will never go back to this Bowen rd location.

(just read previous negative posts about this same guy, not the only one apparently. If i owned this shop I would look into this. A bad seed behind the counter is going to affect your bottom line)
