The staff doesn't seem to know the difference in certain products. Sold us wrong coils ect. Actually pretty annoying

Highly recommend this shop over any others in Nanaimo, it’s locally owned, great staff, with tons of knowledge. They offer more than any other vape shops in town. They even have a rewards points.

This location is good for a quick stop. The other Simatech on Bowen has way better selection, service, and staff.

Got there around 1120am to make a significant purchase (not that this should matter anyways) but the bigger guy who works here decided that he needed to close the store so he could get some subway. Absolutely horrible customer service there was three seperate people outside the store, one of which was also wanting to make a purchase. We all had a good laugh of what a joke your employee has made of customer service. Good luck staying afloat and competing with online business when your already overpriced store is met with horrendous customer service. There is no reason to support this business, save yourself the drive and buy somewhere else. Other reviews can confirm this repeatable behaviour.

I’ve had nothing but good experiences with this location, the staff is very helpful and if they can’t help they reroute me in a way I can be helped further.

Came to the store at 3: 18. Was greeted by a note that said "back in 10 mins" waited till 3: 31 for the guy to come out of the hair salon and let me in. Sevice was decent at least. I have pic of the sign too just dont know how to post it.

Nobody answers the phone at this location or the bowen road location, all good went elsewhere and spent my hard earned money.guess anwsering a phone is difficult when your sitting around doing nothing.good job simatech. NOT

Staff member on Bowen road was extremely unhelpful, rude, and sarcastic. If your looking for friendly help and no rude remarks go elsewhere. Lost my business.

Nice guy. Bought the Boy Big Cream and was really impressed with kindness of employee. Will surely go back again soon!
