They did a good job on the repair, staff were friendly, but communication needs to be improved to save time and provide more clear customer expectations. My advice to customers is not to believe the Apple “same day repair” is possible. Just send your item in the mail for repairs to avoid multiple drives. Parking spot available in the back is very handy though.

Super helpful staff, and just all around awesome environment. Big shout out to Chris for his succinct advice on upgrading the SSD on my girlfriend's old MacBook Pro.

I am primarily a PC guy, not Apple, but after my consultation with Chris I felt much more confident with undertaking an upgrade. It was also nice that he said if it proves to be too problematic, that we could come back and have them handle it for a reasonable price. If my attempt doesn't go well, I will come back and happily pay to support a business like this, based on their customer service alone.

I'd recommend this place for anyone looking for help with their Apple devices!

Had an issue with my Airpods Pro. Was met with a friendly staff. Turns out it was related to the earbuds cover, and no damage to the Airpod itself. When I asked, for how much I owed them, they said, "No charge", which I greatly appreciated.

I recently had an amazing experience at Simply Computing that I want to share.
I brought in my Apple AirPods with a problem, fully expecting them to tell me that they are unrepairable as did another repair shop I had taken them to a previous day.
To my surprise, they fixed my AirPods in five minutes and did it completely free of charge!

I am very happy to submit a review on my recent experience with Simply Computing at the Broadway location in Vancouver. The customer service I received was exceptional.
I began with speaking to Lochlan on the phone. He very patiently listened and suggested I bring my MacBook in so he could help me resolve my issue. When I arrived Lochlan was occupied with another customer, so Sebastion offered his assistance. Sebastion proceeded to work with me to resolve my issue and he made sure I was confident and able to proceed on my own. I am a senior and do not feel comfortable nor knowledgeable enough to be able to figure out how to resolve these computer issues.
I will continue to give my business to Simply Computing. I always feel as though I have been treated with respect and my business is important to them.

The Bluetooth and Wifi stopped working on my MacBook Pro that I use for work and I had to have it fixed asap so I took it to Simply. Their tech Pram asked a few questions and had it fixed in a few minutes.

We had excellent help from Otto on W. Broadway in Vancouver. He was very thorough and explained things well. Simply Computing has earned our business forever!

I have 3 Mac devises. A refurbished Lap Top, brand new Mini and IPhone 15. I have financed both the Mini and IPhone. I’m a bit of a technophobe. By the time I left all three devises were smoothly communicating.

I will be on the road in the USA for an extended time and for my close friends I’m committed to write a blog.

I’m excited to play with my new toys.

Android Windows guy, but folks are apple people, these guys assisted without taking payment, too notch in my books.

My laptop wouldn’t start so I brought it to Simply and I couldn’t have had a better experience. Made a appointment online and showed up 10min early but they don’t care if you have appointments or not, they go by first in first serve so basically walk in only. Unorganized place.
