If you are thinking about trying these cinnamon buns, do it. Yes they are on the more expensive side - but they are worth every single penny. Since the Abbotsford location closed, I drive out from Abbotsford to Chilliwack just to get these cinnamon buns. Trust me, you will love them. And they have such cool flavors, there is something for every taste. I haven't tried any of the savoury options yet, but I'm sure those are just as good

Looking for something special and sweet in Harrison Hot Springs, the rolls were ok. Need more icing

I almost wish this place wasn't good so I wouldn't be so tempted by delicious baked goods.but alas, they are amazing. So many varieties, so much yummy goodness. I would come here every day if I didn't live so far away.

Amazing buns, I got a cherry cheesecake and a creme Brule and they were delicious. I wish we had them in Washington

This place is a must try. Today I ordered both the Peoples Dog and a Carrot cake bun and both were mind-blowingly delicious. I can't wait to try more flavors. Good thing they give you lots of napkins because you definitely need them.

It was okay, I got the regulaur, cream cheese icing wasn't my favourite, the reeces wasn't too bad, the lemon and blueberry one was amazing though! My family loved the regular and reeces.

Never been disappointed by this place and the quality of the products it offers. Bought my dad a hot dog for lunch the other day and he hasn't stopped talking about it. Thank you for making his day.

It was my first time trying out their food. Ordered the Hot-Hot Dog and it was good, but not hot enough Next time I come by I really want to try the cinnamon buns

It’s a hit or miss, cinnamon rolls are good, but I’ve had better. I find them a bit dry, probably not fresh when I got them. I imagined the rolls to be rolled neat and tidy with the frosting drizzled instead of slabbed on. Definitely more room for improvement. Staff are friendly.

Cinnamon buns were dry, lacking flavour, tasted stale, no cinnamon or goo. $12 bucks wasted for 2. Wife took a bite and was disgusted. Cream Cheese Icing has a bad after taste. The only thing I can say is when I opened the box the outer presentation looked good. Very disappointing won’t be back.

Unreal. These buns are so good I'd walk from Kamloops in the winter just to eat one that someone accidentally dropped in the parking lot. They are that good.

These are the best cinnamon buns I’ve ever had - I order them every 2 weeks! The cinnamon buns are soft, gooey and sweet and I find the toppings/cream cheese icing to be less sweet and really balances out the sugar overload from the bun.
Cream cheese original is a must try!
I’ve yet to try the savoury buns but they are on my list. My boyfriend said the soup and slavery bun made for a good lunch.

My wife and I have been salivating over these buns for okay a year now. We finally managed to make an order and oh my. I've never tasted a better cinnamon bun!

I've had these buns 'to go' twice now. I've tried a few flavours. I was disappointed in the cream cheese icing, there's something about it I'm personally not a fan of. The texture seemed a bit gelatinous and there seemed to be some citrus component in there maybe? I couldn't taste the cream cheese, it was overly sweet. Just my opinion, most people on here really dig it.

That being said, I consider myself a cinnamon bun expert lol. I love them, they are my go to comfort food when I think of wanting something sweet! I think I might like these better fresh out of the oven.
The outer ring on the 4 buns I've tried so far (2 several weeks back, 2 today) have been hard, even after being warmed up. While the peach bourbon and girl guide (which was way too sweet it wasn't finished at all) had copious amounts of topping that kept the bun wet, the simple glazed bun lacked moisture and the goo factor. The very inner ring was eaten, the outer ring I threw out.

So far, nothing comes close to the old cinnamon buns of years ago that were served in a cafe inside of West Oaks Mall. They were always soft, and gooey. Mind you, they were always kept in a warmer, with lids on all of the baking sheets - maybe that's the secret.
Now, when we need our cinnamon bun fix, I go to Meridian Meats. For me, this place isn't worth the drive from Mission or the price point. Points given though for all the cool flavours.

These buns do not disappoint. Best when warmed - they're so soft and gooey and delicious! Huge variety for whatever craving you have. Failsafe is always the cream cheese - just enough sweetness. I love trying all the new flavors.

AMAZING! If you haven’t had a SinAmen bun yet, don’t just walk.run! The apple pie bun is a family favourite here. Friendly staff, creative menu and always delicious.

Shocked to see so many one star reviews. I've been in a few times and tried different buns and the hot dogs. All of it has been delicious. I got one bun right at the end of the day that was a bit dry one time, and once a room temperature pop. Strongly recommend anyone give them a try.

So many options and everything is delicious! Original glaze is still my favourite. Next time I'm hoping to try the hot dogs

Ordered cream cheese topped cinnamon rolls from Sin Amen. Absolutely delicious and without a doubt the best we’ve ever eaten!

Been a big fan of the owners for a couple years now, and so far, I've never been disappointed.
My first trip to the current location, I took a friend, who is NOT a fan of sweets. He then told me the that his first cinnamon bun was outstanding! Perfect amount of cinnamon for him.
Well, we were there again this morning. My friend opted out, as he'd had a big breakfast, but I went with the Farmer Sausage Dog
In the name of whichever deity you believe in, the home made farmer sausage was OUTRAGEOUS! I've been missing the homemade sausages and smoked meats the owner is also well known for, and this dog did not disappoint!
Perhaps the prices may seem a little on the high side, but the challenge is finding anything like it here in Chilliwack. Locally sourced fresh ingredients, an outstanding imagination, and a passion for the creations they make, SinAmen Bun Co. Is a great little treat, and yes, take the time to treat yourself!

Drove to Chilliwack specifically to try these cinnamon buns, they were amazing.
Have since highly recommended to family and friends. We will defiantly be back soon, can’t wait!

Very good buns maybe a little to rich, but good none the less. They should make more different types. I love buns and have tried most types, these are good.

Well, they are cinnamon buns. We got a six pack for the second time in a year because we were in the area and we were hungry. They hadn't gotten better: they were still a bit sloppy and just okay. If you're going to do a classic cinnamon bun make sure to get it right. The bun itself is okay and has nice features but aren't rolled out and cut nicely: they're too loose so they tend to fall apart if they're not covered in icing. Those with icing are smothered in far too much of it which hides the decent bun. Also the icings have an odd texture and are not really complimentary: white icing is passable but not the PB one with the cookie on top. The only 'good' ones were the plain (which fell apart) and the peach brandy (I think it was) which had a nice combination of flavours and the brandy warmed the throat as it went down. I don't like alcohol in food but this is a nice idea; just a little sloppy. We didn't have the hotdogs or sausages because I've had a Java Dog before and I'm not a fan of those either. I prefer more simple but if you like Java you may want to try these. No idea what they're like but it's a sausage: it has to be great. Easy street access (corner) and lots of parking. Very friendly and professional staff. Easy walk up order windows, one for dogs and the other for buns. No outside seating (at least not on that day) but lots of outside standing room.

Soo yummy! It’s addictive! We tried classical cinnamon bun, lemon lavender (?), Nutella and apple bun - all delicious! Can’t wait to try all different flavours! Recommend coming before noon, or they might be close to sold out

Really good, huge cinnamon buns. Variety of flavors like plain, blueberry, peanut butter, cream cheese, oreo, etc. Also serves different kinds of hotdogs and soups. Fast service, nice staff.

Yummy breakfast today! Not super sweet which is perfect. So big I could not finish it in one sitting. Waiting patiently for the lemon ones to come back (and the Baileys and the tiramisu and the raspberry!)

Always delicious, seem nice and organized. Flavours are always unique and exciting, and the way they have to layout planned for order to pick up of food is very covid friendly. Highly recommend these guys!

The staff is friendly and and the buns are awesome. I can’t wait for the summer months flavours, maybe some fresh fruit. I don’t have a favourite yet.can’t go wrong with the cream cheese or Black Forest, or peanut butter cup.

We tried a few different flavours this past weekend, and overall not what we were expecting. The buns seemed dense and lacking in the flavour department (both original glazed and cream cheese).

We were really excited to try these and wanted to like them as we came from a few hours away. Maybe they were having a bad weekend?

I bought two of these for the kids today and they loved it! I can’t wait to try one myself once I’m done my diet.

The Cinnamon buns are out of this world, highly recommended! As for the hot dogs, don't waste your money. Regular hotdogs on regular buns with a spoonful of chilli and little cheese! An $8.50 hotdog should fill you up.

Maybe get footlong hotdogs, for the same price! That will work.

Great buns! Wasn't feeling adventurous enough to try a savory bun, yet. But the cream cheese icing, is OH MY GERD! And the blueberry lemon was amazing! Def worth a visit for any cinnamon bun lover. Will be back to try other varieties, and to try a dog!

Tried these on Saturday for the first time and they lived up to all the hype. Totally delicious Happy to have yummy choices in Chilliwack.

I really wanted to love these. Unfortunately they just tasted like bread with a pound of sugar dumped on them. They were also lacking a cinnamon taste. The glazed was very dry, almost tasted day old. They were out of cream cheese buns, which I may go back & try. Wishing that they were soft fluffy buns. Wasted trip

I wanted to love these, I just didn't. I had a cream cheese original and shared the French onion. Neither had much flavour. Darn

Delicious cinnamon buns; I entered into a deep sugar coma after trying their cinnamon buns for the first time. Delicious. The gourmet hot dogs are worth trying too!

Customer service was extremely lacking! The women who took my order rolled her eyes as I walked up to the order window then after I ordered a hotdog she yelled to the staff in the back I think I am going to "SCREAM"
