Top-notch customer service. The staff were friendly and helpful, and ordered supplies for me that they did not normally stock. Highly recommended.

Great store, I travel across BC for work, and by far best HVAC store around. My 2 favourite stores are Kamloops and Kelowna. Always a warm environment, and fast service.
I hope one day to get a Sinclair Supply hat sometime.

Awful customer service, the older gentlemen we dealt with is very rude and unreliable. How you run business is bull s***, when you say your going to have an order ready then have it ready don’t sell it to someone else. Very disappointing will not be coming here again.
