Phoned today for a price etc on some flue liner chimney pipe, a guy named Paul was extremely off track of what I was after, quoting me material I didn't ask for, when I corrected him while being disappointed he then stated how me being upset would cause me to not get a tradesman discount, I think the guy was stoned or drunk as he was very floaty in his responses and ability to listen proper without dreaming up his own idea of what I asked for. Gonna buy online as no hassle or further interaction with the guy named PAUL
