Called to order a part. Was told that paperwork had to be done to purchase part and i couldn't just pay by visa.was given an email.emailed them about purchase.next day, no reply.called them, was told i could pay by visa.had office call and pay for part.called back on day (tues) part was to arrive.told it would be in on friday.so i had to re-schedule job.got a call an hour later, part had arrived.called to get them to label it and tell them which courier was coming.phonetically spelt company name to guy 3 times.they said it will be ready.they then called back to tell us we hadn't paid.

Lydia and Bob have been amazing for me over 10 years. They go the extra mile. They always seem to have odd ball parts I need. I never hesitate to phone them.
